Not happy with the server. I paid $40 for 2 sandwich. I got 2 drinks and 2 chips. The server didn't tell about discount and I got charged every separated. Never going back

From the first time that I visited this location, Tony has been so wonderful that I look for him each time that I return.

Tasty sammichs. Proper staff that are quick and polite. Clean little shop. Seating inside and out to enjoy the food.

Ordered a Giant Mike’s Philly and Regular tuna online on Saturday 12/7/24 @11:57 am. I ordered both sandwiches with extra lettuce and when I got my sandwiches they had very little to hardly no lettuce at all. Also the philly hardly had any steak. Terrible service!!! Whoever is making the sandwiches needs to pay more attention to comments on the order. The low quality that I got today I would expect that from subway not Jersey Mike’s. Next time I’ll go somewhere else where the staff cares about the customers!

I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich on 10/17 and when I got home, it was a beef Philly. I tried calling and no one picked up the phone. Stopped by today 10/18 and was told since I didn't have a receipt they couldn't replace the sandwich. I spent $15 for a sandwich I couldn't eat because it was salty plus I'm not allowed to eat a lot of beef. I would not recommend Jersey Mike's

Usually the water at jersey mike taste good clean but this water taste sooooo bad like something is wrong

this store has been my goto for a while, always nice / cool people..always clean including bath room... music is good too

I left a good review but this one won’t be. I came by yesterday to pick up 2 giant subs and first was told I already picked it up and then it was in the refrigerator, which turned out to be not true and then it was, we don’t know where it went. Someone else might’ve picked it up. They both, even though the sandwiches were re-made thanks to their screw-up seemed to not care at all. The blonde woman seemed to have an attitude about it. I’m only describing what she looked like because she didn’t have a name tag on. I am looking forward to the free sub coupons or gift cards that I will be receiving or else this location will be put in the oxnard bin, same owner. I do expect to be contacted by the general manager and nobody lower in a very timely manner. Update on August 4th no contact from the owner yet. Does he really care about his business??

No air conditioning in this place!!! Poor employees have to work in extremely hot conditions while I could barely stand to be inside of there for 5 minutes. It was 92 outside the day I came and it was easily 10-15 degrees hotter inside. I think OSHA needs to step in to address this issue.

I stopped by Jersey Mikes at 370 N Lantana st Camarillo. When I tried my Samsung pay few times for my sandwiches, the cashier told me that I had to enter my card information manually, including card no, expiration date, CVV. I didn't feel comfortable leaving all the information in the terminal from my past experience of card scam from manual imprint, I offered $100 cash. They only accept $20 bill or less. Come on, Jersey Mikes. My order was $53, and they only accept $20 bills. Who carries that many $20 bills? If the card machine doesn't work, shouldn't they modify their rule until the machine works again?
My impression of this Jersey Mike's is that the store can not take the risk of taking large bills, but customers are okay to take a risk of card scams. I'm not going back to the place.

Standard Jersey Mikes. Clean and fresh ingredients. Big plus is that they have cherry pepsi at their fountain station.

Uhm, what? $12.00 for a 7" sandwich. A flat, boring, flavorless/bland, oily, sad little sandwich. Only 1 layer of protein and cheese. Insanity.
