EDIT (2024): OMG they have gotten so expensive!!! Almost $60 for two sandwiches whyyyy? Sad to say I won’t be going back.

So this isn't high on ambiance. It's just a counter sandwich place. But the sandwich was excellent, good bread stuffed with great cold cuts and cheese. I had it Mike's way, which means it's got the veggies on top, with the squirt of dressing. Yummy.

Too many times we go in late and the staff are annoyed with us. Tonight at 8:40(they close at 9pm), my husband wanted a Philly cheese steak sandwich and we were told the grill was being cleaned and it was too late. We said, "but you are open until 9:00." The young man said that is the policy, they have to clean the grill before. That is an unfortunate policy. Maybe they are trying to not have overtime? Anyway we left, and went down to Old New York Deli where they also close at 9:00 and were happy to make a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

Just got a sandwich from this location and they made my sandwich PERFECT. Awesome quality, soft bread, fresh ingredients great sandwich.

Went in there with my son to get him a sandwich and we noticed they had sandwiches on the counter lined up to be wrapped and the receipts were resting on the bread.

I told them that was disgusting and that the receipts are not clean and should not be touching the bread. The manager scoffed at me and said “but these are fresh receipts.”

Thankfully he threw the sandwiches away and started them again.

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but I think he only did that to appease me and will go right back to resting the receipts on top of the bread.

Online order and when arrived a sign on the door said “no bread” and my sandwich did have bread but tasted like freezer bread, this location is very inconsistent with the quality of its sandwiches and taste and rarely pays attention to the special instructions on the online ordering app

Had a bad experience, I placed an online order and my sub had an onion after taste. I did request no onions and asked for the oils but I did not see any on my sandwich. I called the store and they would not replace it unless I brought it back, I has halfway across town on my lunch break. Only offererd a 10% discount for next time. Will not return again.

One Star Review 2/6 Evening StaffI am extremely disappointed and appalled by the behavior of the staff at Jersey Mike's during our visit tonight. My daughter, a frequent customer, placed an order over the phone and when we arrived to pick it up, the staff members began mocking her order in a way that was both unprofessional and downright disrespectful. This not only created an incredibly uncomfortable environment but also left my daughter feeling embarrassed and unwelcome.It's beyond me how employees of such a well-regarded establishment can exhibit such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Their behavior tonight was unacceptable, and it deeply concerns me that this is how customers are treated. This incident has made it very clear that the staff at this location are in dire need of training on how to treat customers with respect and dignity. You never know who is around and listening boys!Management needs to be aware that the conduct of their employees has directly resulted in losing a loyal customer.- It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, and I hope that immediate action will be taken to address and rectify this issue to ensure that no other customer has to endure such an unwelcoming experience.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a sub in a tub and they didn’t even cut the meat or cheese up just threw it on top of the lettuce. Every other location has cut up the meat and cheese. When I asked them if they could cut it they said that they don’t do that here. They just wanted to play with their legos lol. Ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
