So this isn't high on ambiance. It's just a counter sandwich place. But the sandwich was excellent, good bread stuffed with great cold cuts and cheese. I had it Mike's way, which means it's got the veggies on top, with the squirt of dressing. Yummy.

Too many times we go in late and the staff are annoyed with us. Tonight at 8:40(they close at 9pm), my husband wanted a Philly cheese steak sandwich and we were told the grill was being cleaned and it was too late. We said, "but you are open until 9:00." The young man said that is the policy, they have to clean the grill before. That is an unfortunate policy. Maybe they are trying to not have overtime? Anyway we left, and went down to Old New York Deli where they also...

I got a sandwich, but the bread was just not it. It was extremely hard and flakey and I could quite literally hit it with my knuckle.All the insides of the sandwich were great and the customer service was great as well, but that bread was just :/
