What can I say, Jimmy John's is the jam. This spot is fast, professional, place is always clean and kept well. Food is epic - one cannot go wrong with the #5 Vito. Recommend doing a mega and saving the second half for dinner or lunch the next day. Been to lots of chain and small sandwich spots - Jimmy John's knows how to make bread and a sandwich. You won't go wrong with any of them, but especially this spot. Next to the free way and a good spot that healthy, fast, and good.

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. My sandwich was fresh and delicious. They had a good variety and the avocado on my sandwich was flavorful. I do wish they would explained a little better because I would have loved to add onions and I thought it came with it. At this location there is plenty of parking which is nice and tables inside and out. The food was made fast which was nice and they had a soda fountain and a variety of different chips to choose from. I would like to come back and try some of the other sandwiches.

I made the dumbest mistake and accidentally ordered my sandwich to the wrong location. The Camarillo not only made my sandwich for me sure fast but they didn't even make me cancel the order so I didn't have to wait for a refund. They just honored it like was correct from the start. The stage was so incredibly nice and friendly. God bless that staff!

Great Jimmy John's location with a typical menu and sandwiches made with care! The day I came the soda fountain machine was not working so they let me grab one of the bottled drinks. There is some outdoor seating at this location.Vegetarian options: The #6 is a great vegetarian option!

That is a $10 sandwich? NopeI've been asked by JJ's to expand my review. I ordered the Cuban. The bread was borderline stale, the inside of the sandwich contained two paper thin slices of ham, three of cheese, pickles and way too much mayo. The sandwich was just bad.

Jimmy John's easily has the best french bread out of any chain sandwich shop - my advice to those who've never been is to get oregano and onions added, it'll make any sandwich way better. Bonus points for the hot peppers if you don't mind a little kick, and some light sauce. Today I got a #16 club lulu, jimmy'd up with ez sauce and ez lettuce - it was made perfectly!

Terrible service, the staff is rude and slow. Placed an online order and waited 30 minutes while they made sandwiches for the people who walked in 20 minutes after. Over 4 persons were all waiting while we were disregarded. Never going back! I suggest if your in a hurry or want to order online that you don’t go to this location.

Don't go here. This was by far my worst experience at a restaurant. I walked In today with my kids this morning, it was busy but I didn't think much of it. I was ordering and the man in the register was being very rude to me. I was asking him what was in a sandwich and he said "it's up there on the menu I don't know" and well I didn't say anything, but then I tried repeating what I wanted on my sandwich and he said he couldn't hear me and to speak louder , he kept hitting the register because it froze on him and he was just talking to me in a rude tone and wasn't helpful at all, I also asked him for a couple packets of mayo and mustard and he was just standing there, and instead of getting them for me , he said to just go grab them myself, I don't know his name because he didn't have a name tag on but he was just in wearing a bandanna and long saggy pants, those kind of people shouldn't be allowed to work at places like that, the other staff was nice , and the food was okay. Never again am I stepping in here

Don't get me wrong. My kids love Jimmy John's Turkey and Provolone sandwich (no. 12 on the menu). The staff are usually great and very welcoming. But this one time that I called to preorder a few minutes after opening the store a guy answered with a very uninterested sounding "hello". I thought maybe it's too early for him or maybe he is by himself and very busy. So I proceeded to place my order as usual. At the end of the call, I asked him how long will it take for my order to be ready. His answer was "I don't know" in the same I-Don't-Care attitude. That's the reason why I'm giving this review a 4 star instead of a 5 star. I am being kind because in this time of pandemic we don't know what others are going through. Nevertheless, my kids inhaled their GIANT size sandwich in 3 minutes.
