Service was fast, efficient and friendly! Clean establishment as well. Food gets a 4 out of 5 mainly due to the cherry poppers were just not good and tasted like they had been sitting a while which may not be the establishments fault as they could just taste this way. Overall would recommend going here and trying for yourself vs the bad reviews!

I've been here three times and I honestly doubt that I'll be going back. Every single time they have messed up my order and this last time they didn't even put my side in the bag. We had to park and go inside to let them know, and then they cop an attitude like we did something wrong! No apology, no "thank you", no have a good day... NOTHING! These employees are getting paid $20 plus an hour now and at the very least should have and maintain superb customer service skills!

The franchise owner should evaluate the job performance of “Dylan the manager”. Typically managers listen to the customer, assess the issue, and offer a resolution. Instead he immediately directed me to call corporate and file a complaint. Which I did, then let him know I took his advice. He still offered no apology. He’s arrogant to think his staff makes NO mistakes. I was shorted half of an $108 order and brought it to his attention. It took me arguing with him and proposing different options to get the missing part of the order. This is due to his stating “Once order is considered fulfilled there’s nothing we can do”. I will not be coming back to this location. The last of the reviews in the 3-4 months state service issues as well. Curious to know if it all stems from Dylan.

Customer service was very polite but old oil was used for orginal chicken. Paid $33.00 for a 8 pc. Family meal. Too greasy (becaue of the oil) and maybe KFC should consider putting the Biscuits on the side order menu.. never eat them and change your oil... we pay for it.

I want to get food for dinner spend $30+ dollars when I go home less than 30 minutes later and try to eat the chicken was to hard and NOt a single drop of juice came out of KFC. I called the restaurant a man answer said he was the manager very rude and unprofessional I told him about the food I had just pay for he refuse talk to me and refuse to give me credit for my $30 + dollars I had just spend there. He said I had called 1 hour later and they do not guarantee the food 1 hour later. I called headquarters I end up in the Philippines talked to 3 incompetent people 3 different times. I was promise a voucher well I never got it. I called again and was told they sent the voucher to wrong address. I called this afternoon ask for a manager a so call Supervisor/Manager Leiah told me because the voucher was already sent the store will have to contact me. I told her they made the mistake sending the voucher to the wrong address not my fault. Leiah reply the store have to contact you we cannot help you anymore.If it was $5.00 I won’t say anything but I paid over $30.00 this is b#%} ?.
