This was my first time trying this pizza brand, and unfortunately I had a very bad experience. There was a hard object in the pizza that caused my tooth to break. I contacted the restaurant, but they said the only thing they could offer was a free pizza. I also tried calling the main office, but no one answered, so I sent an email to the company. Unfortunately, I never received any response. The result is a broken tooth and expensive dental treatment that I now have to pay for, all because of an unsafe pizza and a lack of responsibility. I truly hope no one else has to go through an experience like this.

I,ve visited this location a few times. Usually, it's okay. It was slow when I arrived, no one in line, no phones ringing, dead. Today I stopped by and ordered their supreme something pizza. I find it uncomfortable; when paying via debit card their machine asks if you'd like to tip and offers pre-assumed tip percentages. It's awkward because it's asking for a tip upfront.. I pressed no. What if I don't like the food or the service, I'd feel dumb for having tipped upfront. After, the gentleman mentioned it'd be 10 minutes.. here I am 40 minutes later in their lobby waiting writing this review after I'd paced back and forth in their elevator spaced lobby a couple of times. No acknowledgement; no it's almost ready, it'll be ready soon mister or sir. Next time, I might try tipping upfront, perhaps it'll help motivate the readiness of my pizza. Maybe it's my last trade at this location .

Great deals and everything is ready. The mini bites are very tasty. Pizza has a good crust and fresh ingredients. The bites are so good , don't need any dippers. They are soft but not soggy.
Pizza is cheap and ready to go quickly. Came in right when they opened and it was only about a 10 - 15min wait. Not a big deal they were restocking the drinks out front and working on preordered pizzas/ online orders. Workers were friendly and nice. The only real complaint I have is the store seemed a little dirty. They definitely cleaned but I looked like a dirty rag was used. The floor had dirt and grime all over it. The entrance can be a little tricky cause it doesn’t stand out like normal little Caesar’s but besides that had a good time. It’s between b2 fitness and the old gamers insurance building.
As a courier I can say that this is the worst pizzeria in the city. I have never seen such a terrible and unprofessional attitude anywhere else. Very often you wait for your order for more than 20 minutes after the appointed time. Orders are often lost and the stupidest thing is that the staff informs you about this after 20 minutes of waiting. I am not paid for this time! And the employee stands and watches 🙄 HELLO! Work normally please!
