Service is terrible. The manager called me a crybaby for reporting a pizza that had a hair in it. then they started cussing at me because I told them that they are doing a horrible job and that they are unprofessional. then they told me to pull up and I do and the ground was all muddy with footprints. The chairs were ripped and the front desk had a hand walking around and there is no one at the front desk I could've talked to. I told him I was going to report them, and they told me to fuck off.

Little Caesars is pretty consistent, I had excellent service here with custom order being made for us spot on. So glad this is my local LC!
We have been super loyal. I have been disappointed by the inconsistencies of the Pizza Topping.I don't feel we should have to ask for sauce, toppings and cheese to the edges of the Pizza.

I had placed a phone order and sent my brother who is hearing impaired to go pick up the order. When he arrived he told the them he is deaf from one ear and that if they can slightly speak up.. Not only did he arrive early to pick up our order which we were told would be ready 30 min prior to the waiting, he had gone up to ask about our order and they told him they threw the pizza out. They had thrown it out because when they were calling out the name, no one walked up to pick it up. The employee was completely inconsiderate about his disability and must have "forgotten" about my brother telling him he was disabled from his ear, that my brother had to publicly disclose his disability around other customers. My brother felt very embarrassed and humiliated. I did leave my phone number on the order and they could have called instead of throwing out our order. My brother was waiting inside the facility too. I will not be ordering from this location again!!!

I was tasked with ordering pizzas for my nieces birthday party and they requested Little Caesars because it's fast and it's cheap and hey most little kids don't care and many actually prefer a simple pizza. I placed and paid for the order online because during my past experiences with this location I have encountered a crowd and wait as they didn't have enough pizzas for a quick pickup like they advertise on tv. When placing the order online you can track and follow to see what stage your order is in and when it is ready for pickup. Very convenient. It took 30 minutes total from order to notification that my order of 4 pizzas was ready. It was tough to decide how many stars to leave for my review. The store was clean and my pizza order was correct and ready as promised. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of the pizzas themselves leave much to be desired. They are kinda dry and the flavor is just meh. I actually prefer frozen pizza to tell you the truth. However, you can't beat the prices and sometimes you just need a warm hot, quick and simple pizza on a budget. It is what it is and as long as your expectations are managed you will be satisfied.
