I have been having my breakfast here since 2009. The owner, Shai, and all of the Make it Healthy staff are courteous and engaging. Since my first visit here I have enjoyed wonderful healthy smoothies that are sooo tasty it feels like I am cheating on my diet. The smoothies are 24 ounces of delicious protein, vitamins and minerals packed into just 300 calories. The shop is open at 7am on weekdays for the perfect breakfast before starting work and the food has plenty of energy to keep you satisfied until lunch. So come over to Camarillo, CA off of Santa Rosa Road and the 101N freeway. Enjoy smoothie flavors like Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana, strawberry orange creamsicle, and blueberry muffin. If you like, you can take home cans of protein powder and make the smoothies at home. They give away the recipes for you to enjoy.

My favorite way to start a day off. My favorite are the Almond Rocha iced coffee and the pineapple upside down cake smoothie. Just a little yummy protein kick to start off the day that's probably filled with treats or less health dinners.

I tried this place for the 1st time yesterday, I had the blueberry shake and let me tell you, it is amazing. It was so good in fact I went back again today and got another shake this time peanut butter and it was just as good. When they say it's a whole meal, IT IS, this will fill you up, it's good for you, you can add extra protein and other benefits. And, it's only 300 calories.

I’ve been a customer for many years now. Love this place. Great meal replacement for when you need a healthy option fast. The shakes are refreshing, filling, and delicious. The service has always been top tier and it’s always been a great place to just sit and chill. My favorites are banana cream pie, chocolate nutterbutter, and when I need an extra boost of energy, you can’t go wrong with a lava flow with + orange liftoff.
