I placed a mobile order for takeout at McDonald’s, and overall it was a good experience. The only small issue was finding the mobile pickup spot—it was a bit confusing to navigate and I had to drive around the building to figure it out.

But once I found the right spot, things went smoothly. I didn’t have to wait long at all—my Big Mac and fries came out quickly and hot. The service was fast and the food was just what I expected—classic McDonald’s quality!

The food is standard McDonald’s food so I gave it a 5. The service is great. The people who work there are wonderful.

The atmosphere is not great. The new owners, Marroquin aka McMarro Family has changed the vibe. Not for the better. Admittedly I still go there from time to time for my kids. I feel like they know people will still come so that’s why they don’t care. Refusing to take a customers order inside the restaurant is absurd. An employee told me they’d get in trouble if they took my order when I pressed them. i don’t want to navigate that computer board with 4 small kids. Two of them try to touch it while I’m ordering.

I used to go to McDonald's twice a week at least but they replaced actual friendly people with kiosks and then the kiss of death and why I have stopped going is that they are doing the way with no refills. No refills? How cheap is that so much for McDonald's being Americas fast food place. Sad.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald’s. I ordered a cheeseburger, but when I unwrapped it, there was no cheese—just a plain patty and bun. It’s literally in the name, so I expect a cheeseburger to have cheese! I tried calling the location, but no one picked up. It’s frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get what you ordered. This wasn’t just a small mistake, it’s a fundamental part of the meal. I’ll think twice before returning.

This is probably by far one of the worse McDonald's that's I have been to in Ventura County! Went through the drive thru on few different occasions and the menu screen is broken and needs to be repaired in order for customers to even see the menu. The teenagers that they have working there are extremely rude and lack customer service training BIG TIME!!!

I have observed clear cut employee abuse at this location be both the previous owners and the current owners. Behind the scenes they're discriminating and manipulating people by dangling hours over their head so long as they remain in line with their demands. I would not eat here and I would recommend the same for everyone.

I am not a fan of the kiosk. No employees anywhere thankfully another customer helped me navigate the kiosk, oh. I had cash...ugh....the wait time inside the store was at least ten minutes, other customers were visibly frustrated also. I won't be going back.
