I came to pick up the delivery and as a result, the employees simply printed out the receipt to stop the waiting time in their system. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Although the order was only two muffins and juice, this is some kind of mockery, and I don’t know why they do this, they hide the fact that they do a bad job, they think that this is unacceptable. And this is just some kind of disrespect for people.

Compared to McDonald's in San Francisco where i live, this is like heaven on earth. Nice, intelligent employees, a warm atmosphere and a budget friendly menu all add up to a satisfying experience!

I ordered a big Mac meal, a filet o fish meal and a filet o fish sandwich Why is it that everytime I get a filet o fish, I open the box and it looks like it was in the car with a crash test dummy previously? Really people? C'mon! I know you're job sucks but take some pride!

I just went to McDonald's Restaurant #7402 at 3320 Coulter in Amarillo, TX. The sign at the Drive-thru identified that the McRib is back. It also advertised a LIMITED TIME SPECIAL of TWO McRib Sandwiches for $5.19. I ordered that. I was charged $10.38! When I questioned the charge, the lady at the pay window said I needed to speak to the Manager at the pick-up window. I asked for the manager, and he said that the sign was wrong and that they could not honor what the sign at the Drive-Thru said. If you are not going to honor YOUR Advertised Prices then DON'T POST THEM!!!

So it was my birthday today and I just had the WORST experience at a McDonald's that I've ever had at any restaurant in my life.Around 5:30 AM I drove to the drive-thru at the Camarillo McDonald's on Arneil in Camarillo, CA. I waited over five minutes at the drive-through and received no acknowledgment. Another car came up behind me and drove away after waiting. I got out of my car to knock on the window and see why they were ignoring me. There was an open door in the back and I yelled in the restaurant for help. The blond, teenage girl there was very rude and told me I needed to get out. Then when I went back to my car, she said she'd take my order at the window. I argued with her, asking why she wouldn't just take I waited behind another customer, and when I got to the window, she told me they wouldn't take my order and I needed to leave. I was very angry and yelled at her and she called me a "MOTHERFUCKER".I can't believe that this happened to me. I have spent over three hundred dollars at this location in the last two years. I'm always polite to the staff but she was completely out of line. First, she neglected the drive-thru for so long that another customer drove away. Then, after going out of her way to infuriate me, she refused to give me service. Then she swore at me after I expressed my outrage. She was out of line and was deliberately provoking me.If I had simply yelled at her and been hostile from the start, that would have been on me. But she went out of her way to make me angry by ignoring the drive-thru causing another customer to drive away. Then she promised to take my order at the window. Then she lied to me by refusing to take my order. This was just an awful, infuriating experience.
