If you go to this particular McDonald's make sure you go thru the drive-thru, (faster) and because there's nobody to take your order inside unless one of the employees bothers to do it. The employees prioritize the drive thru customers before the people that walk in. Also, the hot fudge sundaes are a lot smaller than I remember them being. Food is sometimes not fresh and im not sure this McDonald's is open 24 hrs...đ€

This location is the singlehead reason on why I stopped eating McDonaldâs. Out of five times Iâve only had two successful orders That werenât messed up in anyway. But on general, It takes too long to receive the food. And the major problems that Iâve been having is the forgetting items in my order or forgetting/losing my order altogether.

Passing through on I 40 East to stop for some food and for my disabled mother to use the restroom and eat inside. The winds were crazy gusty. I parked as close to the entrance as possible. My mother decided to get out and try to walk to entrance and the wind blew her over. The staff rushed to her before I could and they were all so helpful and caring and kind. Bianca the manager stayed with us the whole time. Everybody brought napkins and ice. The employees at that location were truly heroic in every possible way. I was in pure panic mode because my mother is very large and her medical needs are extensive. I did not want to bring her on this trip with me, but she insisted. Honestly, I wouldnât have known what to do had the employees not been so responsive.

I walked into this location on santa rosa rd and first thing I noticed there were no drink dispensers. So basically if you wanted to fill your drink cup or get a refill the employees would have to refill or get your drink for you. Other negative thing I noticed is when you approach the counter to order there is no menu board to look at to place your order. This McDonald's is having you use their kios machines to place your order. What if someone is disabled or elderly and isn't computer savy their basically sol. Or if your lucky get someone to.help you behind the counter. This is a stupid set up they have in this restaurant. I don't think I will be visiting this location again. As you approach the front counter there is a sign that says "let's go digital " horrible horrible to make someone forced to use their kios machines. The customer service today isn't there anymore. It's a shame that this is how our customer service experience is. McDonald's is really going down. We can thank McDonald's corporate for there lame marketing tactics. Such a shame.

It's McDonald's. You know what you are getting. It's terrible for your health and is probably addictive because of additives, but it tastes SO GOOD.

This McDonald's is digital, you need to order on the app or the kiosks inside. There is someone to help you. The food is fine, service fast. Clean.

Picked up an order on Christmas Day. This location no longer has cashiers, and interaction with employees is pretty much non existent. All ordering is through the app or on the storeâs computer kiosks. While waiting for my order, I overheard a young, brunette-haired, white male manager with a mustache say to his coworkers in the back, âif anyone thinks I care about the timers today, they must be on crack.â This manager also responded to a customer complaining about the wait time by saying âI canât do anything about it. I only have two cooks.â On that note, I used to work at McDonaldâs, and noticed that the kitchen monitors were blank for much of the time I was waiting for my food. This means the kitchen had completed the food and that the manager lied and was having us wait pointlessly as he and others very slowly and leisurely packed the food. Hence why I waited 20 minutes for my order. A middle-aged, black-haired Asian male returned from break and ignored a customer trying to ask him something. With the virtual setup and lack of the cashier/customer interaction, these workers feel entitled to treat customers as they please and hide out in the back while acting immaturely. Paying these guys $20 an hour was a great ideaâŠ
McDonaldâs has gone digital so no more cashiers to take your order. Lots of extra questions on the kiosk and a super long wait. Use the drive thru as itâs much faster. Californiaâs minimum wage requirements are taking a toll on all fast food companies and forcing companies to go digital and fire cashiers. No wonder companies and citizens are fleeing California to common sense states

I think the employees were struggling with the no personnel automated service. A gentleman wanted to pay with cash and they had trouble helping him. Customers were receiving their food and then waiting for their drinks, which we're taking much to long.
Waiting time not fast food.
