Passing through on I 40 East to stop for some food and for my disabled mother to use the restroom and eat inside. The winds were crazy gusty. I parked as close to the entrance as possible. My mother decided to get out and try to walk to entrance and the wind blew her over. The staff rushed to her before I could and they were all so helpful and caring and kind. I think the employees were struggling with the no personnel automated service. A gentleman wanted to pay with cash and they had trouble helping him. Customers were receiving their food and then waiting for their drinks, which we're taking much to long.

It's hard to find a fast-food place where the employees are friendly and actually do their job correctly. I'm one of those who are old school and believe that customer service is important. They were friendly and courteous and had my order right. you all are thinking that is not that hard but it is.
