Absolutely unacceptable experience! I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the store had closed. Not only did I not receive my food, but the staff refused a refund, blaming 'McDonald's corporate' for the mobile order issue and telling me it wasn't their fault. Despite them still taking orders, I was kicked out without my meal or money. The app doesn't allow cancellations, and they said there's no phone number for refunds. This is incredibly poor customer service and a total rip-off.

They have updated the lobby to all ordering kiosks. I always have a customer order and had to wait a long time to talk to someone. And there seemed to be plenty of people to help. Having the staff shut off from the customers by the new wall of kiosks is not welcoming.

They took so long to give us our order to go. We had stopped there on our way back from camping it took roughly 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. I don't know but maybe they were understaffed. I wasn't mean or anything but it was hard because we were in a hurry to get to a place on a Pacific time. That threw us back and we got there late.

Sadly the quality of this location has fallen into the dumps lately. A nice new remodeled restaurant, but not enough employees and a complete lack of customer service. McDonalds as a corporation deserves to struggle. The prices are higher than ever and the food is worse than ever. Don’t waste your time and money, support local restaurants instead.

It’s dirty. Tables, floor, outside. Staff is friendly but overworked. Can not get help. This is also at the McDonald’s on Arneil, and two in Ventura. I am going to go to Carl’s Jr or In and out from now on. You can get refills for free at In and out, and Carls Jr. Since new owners have taken over, customer service has gone downhill and the restaurants are dirty. Too bad as McDonald’s on Daily was stellar in the past.

I'm not sure why they have 2 lanes to order food. They don't get the food out fast enough for 1 lane much less for 2. I ordered 4 chicken mcgriddles. It's breakfast, at 930 at that. Tell me why I have to pull into the mobile order lot and watch 15 other cars get there orders, another 10 cars get told to park and wait, and 20 min later no chicken mcgrddle has been delivered?? Fast food my butt. Wasting my time in a parking spot when I could have gone in, ordered, got my food, ate it, took a piss, then leave all B4 getting my food at the drive thru.

If I could I would give them a zero (0) pass through the Drive Thru I bought 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and they only gave me the drinks and I asked for the creams and they got angry for having asked for those creams then I didn't even notice that I was missing the sandwiches and when I came back they didn't even give them to me

I was trying to order 2 items Wednesday morning on Mar. 5th and the girl stopped halfway and took the orders of 2 other cars next to me who then cut me when I only had one drink left to in my order. I went on to share how frustrating that was to have to wait another 2 minutes and get cut for no reason and she just kept cutting me off as if to go on the offensive for me sharing how unnecessary that was. Not cool at all. Who does that?

If I could give them zero stars, I would not only is the shake machine not working. The lobby. isn’t open but on top of that I ordered a happy meal. The guy tried to charge me $26 for it when I corrected him and said I ordered a happy meal. He looked at me and went. You ordered a happy meal seriously they didn’t even know how to take the order for a happy meal

It's astounding how badly this place messes up simple orders so consistently. It doesn't matter how clearly you speak or how slow business is when your show up, this place will find a way to demonstrate their ineptitude in remarkable fashion. Whether it's a Dr pepper when you ordered a coke, ranch dipping sauce when you asked for sweet and sour or a 6 piece nugget when you clearly said 10, the McDonald's location on Daily Dr. promises to disappoint. If you don't have time to go back and fix their "mistake" then this is the burger place for you. You're nearly guaranteed a frustrating experience.

Every other time they get my order wrong. I asked for the 6 dollar meal no cheese. I get to work to start my lunch and guess what cheese. Slow it down crew
