3:30am ordered the Mcdouble value meal. They weren't serving breakfast yet. Waited in the drive up 10+ minutes for stale food.
Made them redo.
If corners are cut here. I cant imagine the sanitary conditions on the machines etc.

We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.

You guys are making $20 an hour how hard can it be to make sure an order is correct before your customer leaves the drive-thru.
I really wanted a frozen coke....after ordering and paying for it ... they didn't have the coke...i asked for a redund!

Absolutely unacceptable experience! I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the store had closed. Not only did I not receive my food, but the staff refused a refund, blaming 'McDonald's corporate' for the mobile order issue and telling me it wasn't their fault. Despite them still taking orders, I was kicked out without my meal or money. The app doesn't allow cancellations, and they said there's no phone number for refunds. This is incredibly poor customer service and a total rip-off.

They have updated the lobby to all ordering kiosks. I always have a customer order and had to wait a long time to talk to someone. And there seemed to be plenty of people to help. Having the staff shut off from the customers by the new wall of kiosks is not welcoming.

They took so long to give us our order to go. We had stopped there on our way back from camping it took roughly 30 to 40 minutes to get our food. I don't know but maybe they were understaffed. I wasn't mean or anything but it was hard because we were in a hurry to get to a place on a Pacific time. That threw us back and we got there late.
