Cozy little spot for some lunch while taking a break from school or just needing to grab a boba drink in between classes. The portions are a good size and the thai tea had freshly made boba that was still warm while inside the tea.
Parking: Both parking lot allotted for 90 mins of free parking while in the shopping center and then obviously the student parking that would be
paid.

This place has affordable noodle dishes in Ventura county! I’m so happy I don’t have to drive far to the 626 area to get hand pulled chili noodles and tomato egg noodles. Service is always quick and efficient and portions are huge! Each dish is perfectly seasoned a delicious. Texture of noodles is perfect. Great value and highly recommend.

Place has potential. I live very close within the community and it's conveniently nearby. Only problem: Such Grouches! I don't take it personal it's all transactional at the end of the day and it's take out food. It's not a welcoming environment so I never eat there. But location is nice. I don't know, maybe they're understaffed. They are always unfriendly to me and my family.

Pricing could be expensive at times it seems for items but overall I truly enjoyed the food I got and some staff were very friendly and communicative about our order process.

The food is quite expensive and the cashier has anger issues and zero tolerance. He threw my change? in a rude manner.

Boba and drinks are the best . Food is not. Noodles taste like plain oil. Fried rice taste like oil. No flavor not authentic Chinese food. I think Panda Express is

Food was good, although perhaps a bit unexpectional. The chow mein was good. Good portions.
Hidden away at California State University Channel Island (CSUCI) Town Center is this family ran Chinese restaurant. Recently I tried for the first time while visiting my daughter and it really blew me away. All the dishes are as authentic as it gets! Noodles are freshly made right there! Too bad I live out-of-state, otherwise, I would eat here daily. FYI, it's open to the general public and parking is free.
The customer service was good! I wish there could be a plate description and more pictures (that’s just personal preference). Overall the food was great! This plate with the side of rice was about $12.
