I come to Noah’s bagels regularly with my boyfriend and usually we have a great experience. Yesterday was a different story… I was next in line to order when the woman in front of me was treated with horrible customer service by the cashier. The cashier was making rude comments the whole time until the woman walked out the door. And after the cashier asked everyone around her, including the customers , asking if she was in the wrong. When we went up she then proceeded to ask us if she was being rude. It made me and my boyfriend very uncomfortable. She then went on to say that she hates customer service because of sensitive people. As a customer I would never expect to have a conversation so inappropriate with a worker. I was so uncomfortable that even after I went right outside until the order was ready. I love Noah’s Bagels, but I will not be coming back to this specific location because of how uncomfortable that whole situation left me.

Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese always amazing. Major points for service deducted for a missing power bar bagel. Waited at the counter for several minutes to get help with missing bagel. Young lady with the red/pink looking hair was right at the counter spewing out orders and did not acknowledge me or my mom. We were literally right in front of her 🙄 Good food but customer service needs definite improvement..shouldn’t feel like a ghost

I regret to give Noah's Bagel a 3-star rating out of 5 due to an interaction with a staff member. Arriving at 5 am when they opened, I ordered a maple French toast bagel with shmear from a female employee who, I believe, drives a white Tesla. She responded that she would get my order after she woke up. While I understand it was early, this was not an appropriate response to a customer. Fortunately, another employee quickly assisted me, and I also purchased a bagel for my dog. This one employee's behavior unfortunately lowered my overall rating.

Just bought a bagel via door dash from Noah’s in Camarillo. I am stunned that quality control would even put this bagel out for sale??

Sadly, I only like their pretzel bagel. I'm not a fan of any of their other bagels. I'll eat then and not balk at most of their flavors, but, to me, they're mediocre and no better than a similar bagel at a competitor or in the grocery store. I only come here for their pretzel bagel.
But this time and almost 75% of the time that I show up, they don't have any pretzel bagels. They used to have them every time I showed up, and I used to go (at a minimum) every Monday.
Now I go, maybe, once every 2 months...
It's very disheartening.

I am a fan of this establishment, the exuberance of the cashier, and Jewish delis in general, though must take issue with the description of one of the sides. What is served as a "hashbrown" tastes more like a chewy, cheddar biscuit than a handheld, crispy potato. Different strokes, I guess...

all always a pleasant smile and hello how are you. I love great service and a smile always helps my mood. I get great food with cosmic energy for my wowes. I suffer from anxiety /panic attacks and I still have not had to run out thank u for your kindness and delious bagels
I was really bummed I ordered an avacado sunrise. They told me after I paid that I would have to wait 20 min for my bagel sandwich. They said I could do a cheese bagel and they could add jalapeños. I was happy they could make it work so I wouldn’t have to wait. I live in Ventura so I was passing through Camarillo. Once I got home I saw they didn’t put any cream cheese or avacado on it. It wasn’t even worth it to go all the way back to Camarillo. But I was bummed it wasn’t a very good sandwich without the cream cheese or avacado. It just sucks I spent $8.57 for a sandwich that wasn’t even good. I thought about calling but I wasn’t going to drive all the way back to Camarillo to get another sandwich.

Had bagels from this place years ago and remembered they were great. Unfortunately, they are no longer great.
Avocado was not even close to ripe, bagel sandwiches were tiny, very plain and lacking flavor.
Items purchased for reference: Breakfast BLT. Garden avocado. Bacon and cheddar.
Unfortunately, likely won't be coming back...

This is my third time visiting. I can say no issues. Great customer service. Jennifer did a great job today despite being very busy everyone was very helpful and friendly. The farm house sandwich was great. I recommend the maple house sandwich that was very tasty. This is my spot for breakfast for fast causal Keep up the great work.
