Brisket sandwich was fatty meat not trimmed and terrible, even potato salad was not good and pickles were not pickled enough like eating a waxy raw cuke

First time trying this place out:
Huge sitting area, 95% empty, some tables still needed cleaning. 1 cashier behind register , finally acknowledged me after 5 min standing there looking at the huge menu board. As I stepped up to order, another gentleman enters from the other door, cuts in front and starts asking for khalla bread. Cashier did apologize and said she will be right with me (and tended to the line cutter). Meanwhile this whole time there is a manager (I'm assuming based on uniform) on the phone trying to get a catering order, and doesn't seem to end anytime soon. Cashier comes back, I'm about to pay and ask for a wifi, she says it doesn't work? Really, I ask how long, she says a month or so. Hmm so u have a cafe, advertise free wifi, and apparently no rush to fix it.
So I ask is there any other wifi I can jump on, she said not sure have to ask manager. Meanwhile manager sort of eavesdropping, but keeps me waiting , still on the phone at front counter. I waited 10 min, still no 'sorry let me just answer your question and get u on the way', nope still ignoring me, head down , refusing to multitask.
Very disappointed, love to give business to local cafes, sadly prob never come back here. Why has basic customer service and attentiveness died? Oh and their prices no where close to one posted on Google site;/

The younger ladies working gave phenomenal service, very sweet and attentive! There was an older women wearing glasses, however, on the bakery side who was beyond rude, ignored customers including myself while continuing to have a conversation with a male coworker. I waited for assistance for a few minutes and decided to walk out to my car to put my lunch away and came back to stand at the counter since it had already been a few minutes of standing there. After waiting again, I finally said excuse me to get her attention thinking maybe she didn’t see me to which she yelled, very aggressively “YEAH”, and continued to be short with me while I ordered. I’ve been coming here for many years now and this was disheartening behavior to witness.

It took 20 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese! I mean what is going? Your system is broken. It should NOT take that long. You have two guys getting all the orders together maybe? I won’t be coming back here anymore specifically because the service is horrible and counter people have a lot of attitude. Eggs n’ things all the way and Noah’s bagels for quicker service.

Ordered a pastrami egg and cheese and was severely disappointed. Where the heck is the pastrami?? I almost cried.

This place is totally a go to to get some food...breakfast lunch and more. Bagels galore, and desserts..holy moly...I'm definitely going back to eat and get some to go

The food and beverage is on point. All the items I ordered were delicious. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is a large diameter ceiling fan that always runs on turbo. Many people move from the tables near the fan because it is too windy and cold. Maybe turn the fan down so your guests are better accommodated…. 🙏

The food, the secret ingredients, and atmosphere at the location and overall look is perfect and high end. But the place is mega mega mega busy in the weekends, so the food takes 30+ mins to be delivered to your table. That's the only part I don't like. But it is a great spot. I would recommend it. Probably go in the early or late mornings/ lunch time.

Orange juice was fresh squeezed. Obviously, they have been making it for 30 years. It is the perfect balance. Not too sweet and not overwhelming with the pulp, so good :>. Staff is super on top of things and friendly. Space has the same feel and look since the early 2000s without feeling dated. I got the breakfast tacos 🌮 and that was a great decision. It has bacon with eggs, and the bacon was extra crispy. It had a wonderful texture difference when paired with their guacamole and beans. It comes with 3, but I already got filled up with 1. I have also enjoyed their hotdog, which had cheese inside. Cheese is always a good suprise for me 🧀 ! Just be careful in the parking lot. It gets rather busy.
