The food is always good. But the service is always awful. Slow, never get the orders correct. I've been here 6 times and 5 were bad. Why can't they get it together?

Be warned they cater to white people first! Makes absolutely no sense since it's mainly Mexicans working there, and they usually show gratitude to a fellow one. I had to wait for this older white man to get his order while he's paying at the same time (like talk about privileged) instead of taking my order i had to wait in line but it gets worse! So I finally placed my order after about 10 min waiting for that person I mentioned, and I'm witnessing everyone getting their food except me!!! So I'm waiting over 40 min for my order, and they have the nerve to serve the table across from us that's only been sitting there for like 10 min and it's a big order that they got wrong meanwhile I'm still waiting for my burger (that shouldn't take that long)!! Everyone else already ate and left while I'm still waiting for my food ... I could've cooked myself my own food during that time span. I didn't think it was going to get any worse, but it definitely did! The burger finally shows up, and it's the most bland burger I've ever had!! I don't know what they had against me or if they're just dumb because they had a whole toothpick in the burger hidden so good that I bit into it and could've been a huge problem/injury!!!!!
Every time, if there's a toothpick in a sandwich/burger, THEY MAKE IT SO VISIBLE ON TOP TO TAKE OUT!! I really didn't enjoy it at all and requested a refund it's crazy to think that a worthless catfished burger was worth that much 23$ !!
Even the server didn't know about the toothpick or just playing dumb and it's impossible to see it in the first picture, but see for yourself in the first picture!

Five out of five. The baked goods here are absolutely incredible. Breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing. I feel you can't go wrong with anything you choose here.

Service is slowwww. 20+ minutes for a take out order when no one was in front of me at register. This happens regularly and unacceptably. I’m ordering sandwiches, not Peking duck. $22 for a sandwich? Beverages are ridiculously overpriced too. Food is pretty good and gets me coming back, however.

This place has really good food. The only thing i noticed over the years is that it has needed a deep cleaning. There is a lot of stuff like the door on the left side its missint a lid and it pinched me on the way out the walls next to the booths are filthy in some the seats are some what unconformable in certain booths but the food is great. Pricy but good.

I was headed home from being in the Ventura county area and I did a quick search and found this bakery because I was in the mood for bagels. And I must say I was thoroughly pleased, not only with the quality of their bagels, but just the extensive baked items. they had a great selection of cakes pies. I got the red velvet cakes slice the lemon bar, the strawberry cheesecake and a cupcake for my kid and I will definitely say if I’m traveling west on the 1 oh1 anytime soon I am definitely stopping by this bakery again. It was absolutely amazing.

$25.00 for a mediocre Reuben sandwich, fries, 1/2 spear of pickle and slaw. WOW! Way too expensive for what you get. Maybe I should’ve financed it and made payments. I Won’t be returning but the place was busy.
