This establishment left me with a bitter taste and a deep sense of disappointment. I eagerly awaited my order, but when I approached the counter, it became clear that I had simply been forgotten. My emotions ranged from disappointment to anger as I realized that my order had not even been started, even after a long wait and several reminders. It was not just a failure in service; it was cruel and inhumane. I not only remained hungry but also lost faith in this restaurant as a place that values its customers.?

There is a fundamental problem at this location; Service. They prioritize online orders over you, the customer standing right in front of them, and then make you wait while they cook more and the online persons order just sits there getting cold.

I normally order online for pickup. I've done it twice at this location now. And I'm thoroughly impressed with how my order is ready or just about ready even if I order 10 minutes prior on Grubhub.Today, the icing met the cake.I procrastinated and placed my order 10 minutes prior to the time I normally take my lunch.When I got there, my order was 'just about ready' - they just needed to bag it and give me my cup for my drink.Except that they didn't give me my cup for my drink.The gal actually got a cup, went to the fountain and filled the cup for me while I'm standing there! I was content to do it myself, but NOOOOOOOOOO... ;)THAT is SERVICE!

My husband went in to get us a meal.Upon arrival they didn't have any teriyaki chicken made. The cook brought raw teriyaki chicken to the server and the server noticed it was still raw so they had to remove the chicken and "recook it", waited a while for them to recook it and when I got home and proceeded to eat it was still raw. Chewy, slimy & not able to chew some parts. I've been calling all evening and no one is answering. Disgusted never had this experience with panda before I am super disappointed.

Double check your online order for accuracy EVERY TIME. They will forget something EVERY TIME, especially your veggie egg rolls.

Ordered ahead on the app and order was not available for over 30 minutes after the pick up time (6:15pm, we got our order at 6:50pm and had to substitute an item). Lots of other customers also waiting and upset as well.

Order on the app at 12:04 and it says it will be ready at 12:10. I get to the store at 12:22 and they have not started the order. They don't start it and start taking the orders in line first. So apparently don't bother ordering ahead or better yet, don't bother coming here at all.
