At The Panda by the outlets store 816 is the best Panda I have ever visited. Mauricio is the manager and the restaurant is always super clean and the food is always fresh. It is a pleasure to eat at this establishment. The portions are always generous, hot and fresh!

While I consistently provide five-star ratings and appreciate Panda Express, I was disappointed to receive a to-go order containing burnt teriyaki chicken. The oversight in quality control during packaging is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with this location and the manager's handling of this situation.

I eat here all the time because I work at America's Best, and the crew here is always fast and friendly. The food is always on point. The place kept clean and utensils stocked. Details make a difference!

I had an issue with my delivery order not being delivered. Came in and spoke to a male manager who's name starts with a "M". I explained the issue and showed him the issue I was having. He and his staff quickly offered to remake the order fresh aswell as offered me a complimentary large drink. I lost out on the delivery fee but these guys made up for it. Thank you to the whole team.

I really cannot believe what I witnessed. The shift manager, Jacob, just yelled at a customer stating that they were going to make sure said person losses their Job with grubhub because the store didn't want to make the order they were there for. Ontop he said that he was going to make sure they were banned from ever coming back to said panda. I don't know what Jacob's problem was, the person was only there to do their job. Management needs to be looked into.

I visit this Panda Express every two days because it’s the only local fast food place that consistently served fresh food, and they offered brown rice, which was a major plus. When I came in today to order my usual, I was disappointed to learn that they no longer serve brown rice. Despite the letdown, I decided to stay since I was hungry.

I noticed there wasn’t much Beijing Beef on display, and what was there didn’t look appetizing. I asked the server helping me if more was being prepared, and she confirmed that it can be, though it would be a wait. Fresh food is worth waiting for, so I didn’t mind.

However, just 30 seconds into my wait, an order was placed on the bar to be added to the service line. As the server turned to pick it up, she accidentally knocked the tray to the floor, along with everything around it. Both the cook and the server were visibly shocked. The server promptly grabbed a broom and mop to clean up the mess. While sweeping, she picked up the dishes and took them to the back, all except for a measuring cup, which she left near the station where ingredients to each dish is kept.

Concerned, I discreetly took a picture of the measuring cup to remind her not to forget it, as a few more guests had walked in. To my dismay, the cook then picked up that same measuring cup and began using it to prepare the ingredients for the Beijing Beef. He paused, seemingly remembering that it had fallen on the floor, and looked up at me, then quickly looked away.

At that point, I left the store and will not be returning. What started as a simple mistake left me questioning everything about the cleanliness and food safety at this location.
