Placed an order at the counter and the cashier kept making mistakes and just staring at me so i should have known then this wasnt going to end well. I got my receipt and noticed most of the order was wrong. By the time i told the cashier my order was ready. I went to the pickup counter and nicely let them know i wanted chips instead of bread, the girl stared at me, grabbed the bread and THREW THE CHIPS onto the plate. Then i looked at the salad and the two things i asked to be removed were not, so i told her my salad was wrong. She grabbed it as if i just ruined her entire day because the cashier messed up the order. I felt so uncomfortable that i went back to the registers and got a refund because clearly i was annoying everyone who works here by letting them know they got my entire order wrong. Good luck y'all.

This store is filthy. One sandwich tasted off, order was wrong, other sandwich was tossed together and a mess with gross looking lettuce. We had to toss two sandwiches after one bite of each. Disgusting. AVOID!!

Placed a "Rapid Pick-Up" order at this location, which CLEARLY states on the website that they open at 6am. Order was placed at 6:15am and pick-up time was quoted at 6:26am. Arrived at the quote time, doors locked and 3 different employees just looked at me and shook their heads. Very disappointing way to start the day. Website is wrong, App is wrong. Find somewhere else for breakfast.

I love PB’ s soups and sandwiches but drove fifteen miles to try their new sandwich, Tomato Basil BLT:, and was disappointed. The young lady who made it in front of me appeared to never have made a sandwich before and slapped it together. I like more than 1/4 t. of mayo on sandwich. Dry and a flop

Really disappointed in their French own and soup does not look like advert. It taste good, but there’s too much of a difference between the marketing photos and the actual product presented to me when I ordered

I regretted choosing this place today. As I walked in, the cashier is helping a customer. After she finish she proceed to do other things around the area. ZERO acknowledgment, to the point that 5 minutes passed and I asked “are you guys still taking orders”, she said yes I can help you here. I didn’t say anything to the cashier because she looked overwhelmed herself. I get home and proceed to unwrap the turkey and bacon sandwich. It was not fresh at all. It seemed like they gave me a premade sandwich from earlier that day, judging from how saggy it was. It was a terrible experience from begging to end. Don’t go here for dinner, all employees seem annoyed or overwhelmed.

Don't come to this Panera Bread. Showed up at 7 pm, an hour before closing (even verified on the door and an employee, they close at 8 pm), and everyone working here was trying to close the location early. I only ordered a simple salad and sat down, and one of the workers came next to my table, started slaming chairs and tables, and loudly huffing and sighing next to where I sat. He then started sweeping dirt and particles on the floor directly next to my table.
Then, as I sat there, he would converse with the other employees and started cursing about customers loudly proudly stating, "He didn't care if I heard." If this is how this place decides to run itself, it doesn't deserve people coming here no matter what time of day it is.

There are a lot of sandwich shops in the USA. Panera bread is different, more complex and very tasty. I like it freshly prepared and warm. The soups are great.
