My wife used the on-line ordering which was easy. They quickly took the money out of our account. After an hour she called to check on our order, however the store did not show a record of the order even though we had an email confirming the order and the money had already been taken out of our account. When i called the store in the evening, the manager was rude and unhelpful and basically did not apologize nor offer to help, instead telling me i needed to call customer support to deal with it.

Ordered delivery here for the first time a few months back and it came very fast, but every order since then (about 3-4) has been very slow. I usually place my order 1.5-2 hrs before its time to eat cause it always at least takes an hour and a half to arrive to me and I only live like 7 mins away. But other than that food is pretty good.

Usually a big fan of Papa John's, but was absolutely disappointed this time. We ordered a Large 2 topping pizza, there was practically no meat, ordered a thin crust but Recieved a regular crust , and it seemed like they didn't add enough sauce... Hope the management takes notice.

I never had a problem with Papa Johns until recently. We had ordered online and monitored the order. 20 minutes into waiting, it's still under making. We decided to call and see what was wrong. They said it would take an hour and a half. Since we needed to be elsewhere in an hour, I cancelled the order. Once we came back, my sister was still hungry and decided to order again since Papa Johns is the only pizza service that can deliver to where I live. Literally right after ordering, I get a phone call from Papa Johns. This woman tells me "she won't make my pizza since I had previously cancelled an order." I have never been so displeased. There have been little snippets of mistakes, but the lady's tone and attitude was atrocious. Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Please DONT order here. I wish I could give no stars.

First time getting pizza from this location and it was raw. I got an extra large so obviously it's going to need more cook time than a medium or something. I worked at dominos and we would always push the extra large pizzas back so they could cook more. Also if you pay attention while you cut the pizza you can tell if it's raw before giving it to a customer. The person cooking the pizza should have taken more care but these things happen. Service was really great and the manager offered to give me a free one next time. Almost makes up for a wasted lunch break. Pizza was a zero but customer service was a ten.
Total fail. After waiting an hour for a delivery with a 27 minute time estimate, the clerk who answered the phone was rude about checking the status and refused, said it was too busy. The delivery never arrived.

Pizza is OK. Wings are OK. Salad is icky. Prices are reasonable and they always have deals and the rewards/ordering app is super easy to use.
