This is the second time there was a large insect in my Cesar salad.PHOTO ATTACHED!!!!!! 4 weeks ago there was a dead fly in my Cesar salad. Today, there is a live beetle in my Cesar salad. This time after work I’m going to drive back over with my receipt & salad with the beetle & show the manager to let them know. No bugs in my pasta just always the Cesar salads.

This is probably my little son's favorite restaurant - pretty sure it's because the kid's meal comes with a cookie and a toy. But the wife and I also very much enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Plus, the service is always stellar.
However, I'm always amazed how a single mistake can taint one's opinion of an otherwise consistently great business. But, I'm even more amazed by how the proper handling of that situation can actually solidify a customer's loyalty.
Case in point: my wife swung by on her way home to grab a kid's meal for our son, since we knew he wouldn't be interested in the dinner she was cooking. He's very particular about what he wants. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and we received basically the opposite pasta from what he wanted. My wife didn't realize the mistake until she got home.
Picking my battles, I decided to drive back to the store and get my son the correct pasta to avoid a meltdown. I called ahead, and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. They apologized for the mistake, fixed it quickly with no fuss, and didn't even ask for the receipt. They just assumed the customer was right. And, not only did they replace the pasta, but they also gave us another slice of bread, another cookie, and another toy - plus a $5 gift card for the trouble. Basically, they did everything right and only further solidified our loyalty and love of this place.

We truly enjoy dining at Presto Pasta. The food is consistently excellent, the customer service is outstanding, and the ambiance is always welcoming. The restaurant is also kept clean, which adds to the overall positive experience. Shout out to Corey!!! He always greets us with a warm welcome. His professionalism and friendly demeanor make our visit especially enjoyable He is an exceptional team member and great representation of the quality service at Presto Pasta. The good - the food tastes pretty good and fresh, and for the price, it is a pretty good value. The staff is friendly and they're pretty quick with getting you your order.
The not so good - they have missed something in my order for the second time now recently. This time I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, and received no meatballs. Despite them repeating the order back to me at least 2 different times. You get home and your child is sad they didn't get their meatballs.
It also really rubs me the wrong way how they make you choose your tip option during payment. If you're serving pasta in a drive thru do you really think asking for a 20% tip seems right? I get that constantly asking all of your customers if they want to tip generates more money for you, but I'm just sick of it and have decided I won't patronize businesses who are so shameless.
It'll probably be a while until I come back here, which is a shame because the food and service is pretty good.
