The food is okay it is not the best. It does not have much flavor. The prices are expensive and I would not go back.

Absolutely love this place for Cali Mexican food! They have tasty food and a variety of options for all. If you have dietary restrictions they are kind to accommodate you! You receive your food in a timely manner and everything tastes fresh.It can get a little rowdy when it's crowded but all customers are happy!

Love this place!!! I get the child's nachos which is just simple and delicious!! I also order them sometimes through Door Dash and the delivery bags come sealed 100% which makes me VERY happy. Well done and I wish other restaurants would follow suit

I was treated terribly over the phone then hung up on. I ordered through door dash and since they don't allow for any kinds of substitutions I was forced to call the store to see if they could simply add onions and cilantro to my burrito (something so simple that it should be able to be dine through the app but that's another story). I spoke to a young man (nov 26th at about 4 pm) about the substitution and asked why we can't make those changes through the app. He was rude and and told me he's not responsible for how it works and doesn't know why. At the same time he was yelling to the cooks to add the onions and cilantro and trying to ignore my question. It was quite a chaotic conversation that ended with him telling me that I'm crazy and that he's going to quit his job. He ended up hanging up on me so I called back. He hung up again a few times. The reason I kept calling was to speak to a manager. Finally a guy named Adam answered and claimed to be the manager. I asked him for the the owners contact and the name of the employee that hung up on me. He refused to give me the name of the guy even though I asked a couple of times. He did provide me with the number of the owner in which he told me her name was Laura Plasmar. I called and left her a message about 5 weeks ago but she has not returned my phone call. Sadly I liked the food but I will not be giving my business to them after the way I was treated with no concern from the owner.

We've ordered the family pack to go several times, and it's usually pretty consistent, but the last time we got it to go, several items were missing. When my husband returned to the restaurant to pick up the missing items, instead of apologizing for the trouble of having to come back and maybe offering a little something extra to compensate, they wanted to haggle over what side items should be included with the family pack. That negative experience might keep me from coming back soon.

It was pretty good for the most part, though it gave me pretty bad diarrhea for two days. I ordered to-go and it was very quick service. Food was sub-par. Felt like whoever founded this restaurant went to surfing in Mexico once and thought “wow this could make a great restaurant theme” . Gave me Bubba Gump mixed with Chipotle vibes.

The food here is really good, this is my go-to when I’m too tired to make dinner. The Cancun burrito is super good, and Jacks taco combo is great- they have a shack sauce that really elevates the tacos. They also have this really delicious California shrimp plate- with rice, veggies and shrimp sort of stir fried and it’s soooooo good! Highly recommend, I’m so glad I found this place ???
