The people that work here are so nice, no matter how busy it is. I never feel rushed, and they are helpful too if you want to try something new! Again, so nice. And the new drink suggestions I've tried have been BOMB ?I didn't rate the food because I haven't tried it yet.

Starbucks in Camarillo Outlet - somebody took(stole) my pastry order and the cashier at that time , Serena, told me that she already called it out and I should have stayed inside and then she proceeded to help other guests ordering leaving me in the air not knowing what to because I am not giving away my hard earned money for nothing. This is not the “Starbucks” customer service I know which put the Company in the map!

Worst experience.Every starbusks location has their standard.Not this one.Not just because they are slow ( i mean over 15min wait for your drink) but the attitude.Older lady working there has 0 customer service. She gives an attitude like she is the queen of the house and everyone needs to follow her rule.Very disappointed.

if i could give this place a zero for customer service i would. we waited in line for over 20 mins in the sun, and an employee came out and said that they are too tired to keep working so they will be shutting the store down. whereas the store's actual hours run into the late evening, and it was currently afternoon. worst starbucks experience ever!
