My daughter Mar and I took her plushies out for a first date at Starbucks. Good choice Kuromi and Pompompurim???Such a great place for a coffee date! We all had a splendid time!

So on the website it says open till 10. It was only 9 o’clock I went to walk in but the doors were locked, and I clearly could see people in there and they saw me. Not one staff member acknowledged me, or even had the courtesy to say sorry we’re closed only drive-through open. Night staff service sucks

I excused myself and went outside to work on a project while still within range of the Wi-Fi. I was immediately approached by the manager, who accused me of asking people for money. I explained that I was simply working on a project, but he did not believe me. His accusatory and rude behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.Despite the manager's unpleasant behavior, I would like to acknowledge the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. The baristas were helpful and cheerful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.Recommendation:I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone who prioritizes respectful customer service. While the staff and the environment are generally pleasant, the manager's behavior is enough to warrant a negative review.Additional notes:I understand that the manager may have been concerned about panhandlers, but his approach was unprofessional and inappropriate. He should have addressed the situation in a more respectful and understanding manner, especially considering that I was clearly working on a project.I hope that Starbucks will take my feedback into account and address the manager's behavior. I believe that with the right management, this Starbucks could be a great place to work and relax.
