Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this location have been increasingly disappointing due to unhelpful service. On my most recent visit, I ordered ahead with a 15-minute lead time. My app said my items were ready. When I arrived, my coffee was ready, but my food item was not.
I waited patiently without interrupting the busy staff, assuming my order would be out shortly. After about 10 minutes, a staff member finally asked what I was waiting for. When I explained, he did not check with the rest of the team regarding my food item. There were several other employees present, some of whom were chatting, but no one took the initiative to assist or follow up.
I continued waiting but only received a brief apology. Eventually, I had to leave without my food because I needed to get to work. I don’t mind waiting when necessary, but it was frustrating that no one made the effort to check on my order or provide an update. That lack of attentiveness was disappointing.

The nicest drive thru. The young lady who took my order at the drive thru yesterday was the sweetest and kindest. Her voice was clear and professional and idk what it was about her other than what I already said but it made me want to write this review for her. I hope she gets a raise.

Staff seems to be forgetting when they have time to lean, they have time to clean. There been many times it's pretty empty lobby, yet no one goes out to wipe tables, sweep or mop. Baristas need to pay much more attention to lobby cleaning

fantastic experience at Starbucks today, and I can’t recommend it enough! We each enjoyed a hot Impossible Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious—perfectly toasted, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was impressively quick, with our order ready in no time. The staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us with warm smiles. Our dog was welcomed, which made the visit extra special. We noticed another adorable doggo there too, adding to the welcoming vibe.
The atmosphere was bright and spacious, thanks to the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Pleasant music played softly in the background, creating a relaxed and inviting environment. We loved the outdoor seating area, shaded by vibrant yellow umbrellas—a fun and unexpected pop of color (usually green)! There were plenty of parking options, making it super convenient. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and we’ll definitely be back with our pup for more of those tasty sandwiches and great vibes!

It’s always the same here, when I order ice shaken espresso or any other drink they make it like a**. Since I was in a rush I didn’t ask for a refund, for whoever makes my drink in the morning, be attentive of what your doing! No surprise the chain is losing lots of customers due to the lack of employee productivity.

Coffee and food are good. Great service with happy, chatty batista. Only comment; coffee lids not secure tightly for the way I take corners, meaning spillage and clean up. I should have double-checked the lids!
