Went to hang out with a friend and drink some coffee. We both get black. Knowing that coffee is brewed extra hot I waited over a minute before taking a sip of mine. A SIP. I got a second degree burn on my tongue! My tastebuds blistered like little tiny pimples (gross) and I had to wait for two weeks until my tongue fully healed. If asked, I’ll share a photo. Never drinking coffee there again.

Came in and picked up my mobile order and went to the register to get a pastry. There’s 2 young ladies at the register talking. I wait 20-30 seconds then say “hi” I am ignored. So I wait another 30 plus seconds and say “hello” and these girls completely ignored me again!
How rude and unprofessional. These baristas need more training and management need to be more present.

Friendly staff, great arrangement of furniture, good hot coffee. The bathrooms could be checked more, but I understand the staff is constantly busy. My family & I love the new refills mugs this location offers as well🤍

It's Starbucks, coffee when you need it, it always there, but still too expensive for a daily thing.

Stopped for a delightful nightcap of hot chocolate and a peppermint mocha frappuccino after touring Gemini Street( Candy Cane Lane) to see Christmas lights and decorations. It was a relaxing finish to a lot of fresh air and walking.
Vegetarian options: If you call pastries vegetarian, it’s vegetarian!
Dietary restrictions: There are alternative options for creamers.
Parking: Largest Starbucks in Camarillo
Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of great options for kids

Your power isn’t out, find a better excuse to not open according to your advertised business hours.
Lovely setting and both our coffees and pastries were excellent. We'll be going back!

The Starbucks location on the corner of Las Posas and Arneil is much nicer.
Edit: Starbucks has replied with a link that does not lead to a contact page. I did not want to escalate the issue any further, but I just wanted to note that the link does not ead to any sort of contact page, but instead to Starbucks' news page. This felt very dismissive, and I will be going to alternative stores moving forward.

No matter how many times I ask for an extra toasted bagel, i have never received it. I remind them to please make sure that it is extra toasted, and yet when I look at my bagel, I am saddened but not surprised. I understand your busy and mistakes happen but this is like 25th time. The fact that it happens this often indicates a lack of caring! I guess the solution is to not order your bagel here. ?

Great customer service and the baristas are consistent with there drinks. Busier than normal location, but the staff hustles to get your drink out.

Many children with families on the benches, but people smoking... there is no security... in a while will they also be smoking marijuana on the benches?
