This location is nice and clean, but the atmosphere and the way employees interacting with customers (including me) were a little uncomfortable, unwelcoming and both me and my friend noticed that different groups of people been treated differently.
Drinks were great.
Drive through was fast and there is plenty of space for parking.

4 people working but only 1 making drinks, taking her sweet ass time. App said drink would be ready by 1:53, but didn’t get it till 1:59. Maybe baristas should stop with chatting amongst themselves and focus on productivity. Your customers don’t have all day to wait for you.

Why on earth is there no drivethru? The parking spots are razor thin. And so going inside to get a drink took forever!!! Avoid this one at all costs. Worst experience at a Sbux in years

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location in Ventura County. I usually prefer a Starbucks with a drive-thru, just easier. But everytime I go inside this one, I’m met with friendly baristas and my order is always good. I think my drinks only needed to be adjusted twice in all the times I’ve gone in the last year, and they were wonderful about it.I’m sorry to say I’m blanking on names right now (will edit when I recall), but a two months ago I was having a horrible week having lost my grandfather, dealing with the funeral. And this one barista made my day. It was slow and we chatted while she made my coffee. Told her how I appreciated it. Like I know it seems silly, it’s just coffee, but sometimes the perfect coffee really does make your whole day. And she added a lot of joy to a very difficult week.Every barista I’ve spoken too, has been wonderful. Their demeanor, their customer service, how they make my drinks. I appreciate this locations attention to customer experience so much. Thank you all!Yesterday Carly and, I believe Adrianna was her name.. helped me and were very kind. I do remember Carly from previous visits and she’s always so peppy. You can really tell she enjoys what she does. How the team is as a whole—speaks volumes to the management here. Y’all are amazing!Lastly, the Lavender Cold Foam is surprisingly delicious!! Very excited for the spring addition.

Dietary restrictions: One thing I love about Starbucks is the variety of alternative milks. Soy, almond, oat, coconut. Really appreciate having so many options.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Sometimes it’s a big crowded tho, and it’s a bit tight when it’s busy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street access to the shop.

Great service I believe the baristas name was Mariam she had curtain bangs and like a balayage. she was very nice and helpful. She made great connections and was greeting all the guests. The only negative I have is the manager was taking a meeting in the middle of the store and was rude to her employee. She seemed hostile and unwilling to be flexible towards her employees which I believe is necessary to create a good work environment.

Love this location to get some work done. There's ample seating, inside and out, so you can enjoy the sun — or not. The baristas are also great about recommending new drinks based on your favorite flavor profiles. The only downside for me is the huge swaths of high school students that take over when school gets out, so keep an eye on the clock if you're trying to get some work done.

Parking: Easy parking.

Service is ok but these girls have a BAD habit of not saying your name loud enough so you can grab your coffee and go. 15 min passes by and my coffee is ready but NO ONE SAYS YOUR NAME SO YOU CAN HEAR THEM!!! All these coffee machines going off and these women use their inner voice. TF! Management needs to work on that. Ppl have things to do, places to go. If the coffee is ready just SPEAK LOUDER DAMN!!!!
