The worst Starbucks I've been to! I went here twice because it is very close to where I live... Both times the people working here thought their private conversations were more important than helping customers... they are so worried about their schedules and who's birthday party falls on which date than helping paying customers.... A manager should step in and overlook what is going on here. People stop for a quick turnaround not a 10 to 20 min wait to get a simple muffin or even coffee.... won't shop at this Starbucks ever again!

Rainy cold day, a hot coffee sounded great, too bad I wasted my money, the rain out side was hotter then the dam coffee.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and an extra hot mocha yesterday. The sandwich was completely dried out. Starbucks should really label their food with a "Use By" date. Also, the mocha was tepid, not extra hot, and was excessively sweet with very little coffee/chocolate flavor
