Completely empty drive through, completely empty lobby. Employees standing around on cell phones, chatting amongst themselves. All the while my order ticket is just sitting in the feeder for 10 minutes on a single drink order. I go up to ask status and the guy behind counter says “for what?”
I told him I had an an order and he got more attitude with me so I raised my voice and sure he enough he walked over and pulled my ticket out of the printer.
No apology, makes the drink, calls my name, no apology. Ask for the manager, she’s completely aloof and it turns out one of the people just standing around. She didn’t intervene at any point until I asked for her. No apology, explained to her the situation and let her know I would be escalating it. All she said was “ok”. No apology. I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Starbucks and the only one worth any trouble in Camarillo is the location on ponderosa.
I will never visit this location again.

The amount of times I've been here and the staff just pretends to not see or acknowledge you is egregious. The manager needs to do a better job here, they spend more time and energy on the drive thru line than the people actually in the store. I don't think I've been to any store and they try not to help you. Super strange and creates a very unwelcoming atmosphere. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Friends dont let friends drink star bucks. Burnt beans and horrific international labor laws. It's full of sugar and spice. And nothing that's nice.

They remade my wife’s drinks 4x.
1st time they made it hot (it’s iced)
2nd time wrong size cups
3rd time wrong size cups again
4th time took it home & was wrong milk (allergic)
While I was there two other people were having to drink remade multiple times & very upset

I own a restaurant locally, so I understand these things happen, but I was met with rude staff.
The person pictured, I was mid-sentence talking to him, and he just walked away when I was reading him my order.
Last week they forgot my croissant & gave us wrong drinks.
I would highly recommend Bring in a completely different staff starting with the workers.

Drinks always on point! Baristas are always friendly and make your drink exactly how you order it. I will make the extra drive to this location even though I have a store right down the street from me.

This is the closest Starbucks to me, so I'm definitely biased.

Generally pleasant and well-maintained.

I just tried to go here at 20:00 on a Monday
because the hours indicated they were open until 21:00,
but the door was already locked and chairs put up on the table.

I submitted an edit to the hours;
hopefully this is accepted so the hours become more accurate for everyone.

I went in today 11-24-2024 about 11:05. No one in line, not busy. I waited to place my order, a girl working the microwave says”be with you in a minute”. Waited about four minutes, still no service. Plenty of people working, none motivated enough to help customers. I finally asked a guy if there was anyone working the register. He said he would get someone, but by then this crew demonstrated that customer service was not a big concern for them. I left, walked across the parking lot to Kim’s Donuts where I got prompt, friendly service, a cup of coffee for lots less than I would have payed at Starbucks, and I left fully satisfied. Apparently the Manager does not train the employees to actually give decent service, if it is normal to let a customer stand there for five plus minutes without taking their order. Unbelievable!
