I went in today 11-24-2024 about 11:05. No one in line, not busy. I waited to place my order, a girl working the microwave says”be with you in a minute”. Waited about four minutes, still no service. Plenty of people working, none motivated enough to help customers. I finally asked a guy if there was anyone working the register. He said he would get someone, but by then this crew demonstrated that customer service was not a big concern for them. I left, walked across the parking lot to Kim’s Donuts where I got prompt, friendly service, a cup of coffee for lots less than I would have payed at Starbucks, and I left fully satisfied. Apparently the Manager does not train the employees to actually give decent service, if it is normal to let a customer stand there for five plus minutes without taking their order. Unbelievable!

Went today 11/9/24 at 10am and it was just a mess. The girls here need to be trained more, they kept getting my order wrong. We got 3 different drinks and all 3 were horribly made. Won’t be coming here again.

the passive aggressive smile i get when i don't tip my $2 coffee is hilarious.

i think it's funny they think they're entitled to a tip for a standard coffee.

I have never been able to get a blonde roast... I've come here about a dozen times, and either they tell me they are out of blonde or the machine is broken... isn't this a coffee shop? Coffee Bean never disappoints. I'm just saying get your s*** together. Also, the drive thru takes too long.

I just sat in the drive thu for 45min in the hot sun for a small cup of coffee I was stuck in there so I couldn't get out and when I got the the window the worker didn't even acknowledge me or anything I said no sorry or anything the rudest staff ever I feel like I should have been given my coffee for free for the long wait or at leat a sorry not acting like I don't matter I will never ever go to this Starbucks agin and will make sure to let everyone I know not to go there as well Starbucks you have ruined the rest of my day I'm overheated and upset you need to hire better employees that care about there customers cause you are failing!!

WiFi network doesn't work reliably with Apple products and sometimes i have to travel for work to connect to a network to send emails. I couldn't do that during my visit. No good charging station either.

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up at this location, when i arrived at the drive thru, they said they did no have both my orders and that i would have to go inside and place my order again. The worker was abrupt and a little rude as he was rushing me to get out of the drive thru. When i went inside he told another work to help me. As i was explaining to him the issue, i told him i did not want to place another order as it would charge me again. I showed him a screen shot of my order but because it did not have a date, he would not honor it. After about 5 min. he checked the orders waiting for pickup on the counter and my orders were there. I asked why was i told they didn't have them. He said nothing, not one word, put my drinks in a carrier and food in a bag, didnt apologize or anything. Will not be going to the startbucks on Lewis & Las Posas in Camarillo anymore.

As the location on Arneil was closed for remodeling, I visited this location twice during May 2024.
Both times, I went inside to order, and both times, I saw floors that were dirty and counters that desperately needed wiping down. On one occasion, the floor waiting to order was so sticky that my wife almost lost her sandal.
Perhaps they should've planned to have some staff from the closed location to address these issues.
The drinks were consistent and after the second time of having to deal with a dirty environment, I tried the drive thru where I had a better experience.
