Supposedly Subway’s Eat Fresh campaign has a refresh, but it seems like the same Subway just with everything scrambled on the menu. I thought the refreshed Subway was supposed to cut the meat fresh especially for you, but instead, as one guy made sandwiches, the other sliced mountains of cold cuts to put in tubs. As I sit here and contemplate the atmosphere, I imagine what it could be like with outdoor seating with potted trees maybe with a pretty tile( See the Bread Basket in Camarillo.) As far as staff, there is always some new guy left to fend for himself. I don’t think I have ever seen a manager there. This a nice Subway, but it could be so much more.

They charged me the same amount twice to my Amex credit card.Also, the lady(manager) is unhappy when you have coupons to purchase subs.

Do they care about their store? They have 2 stars! That's bad. There are a LOT of other options. Ok so the prices have gone up. We're all having to accept that. But on top of that... they skimp even more on the veggies! Three leaves of spinach on a foot long? No loyalty or concern for customers = no loyalty to THIS Subway. Next trip is to Jersey Mike's ... or Vons deli right next door. They make delicious sandwiches with quality ingredients at a reasonable price. Wake up Subway! Listen to the customers you have left. 2 stars? Inexcusable. We had a good run.

I ordered a tuna sub. She smashed the tuna down over and over till it was completely flat. She cut it in half and then took it over to the papers. The girl had no idea how to wrap the sandwich.She used 2 papers and the ends of the sandwich were completely exposed. When I got home, the bread was hard as a rock!! Very disappointed and will not return!! Your help definitely needs better training!!

Such a hit and miss. Unfortunately for me, today was a miss the only meal I had today was a Subway tuna ft long. Bread was on the stale side, tuna looked dark. I'm officially sick 3-4 hrs later. The sandwich is the only thing I put in my stomach today. I've had good meals here, but it's such a hit/miss (more miss) that I i don't recommend. Too bad, I try to suppot local business.

The lady think owns it is great and has another guy who's good. Now the others won't read the notes and just make your sub how they like, thing is app doesn't let you customize it. Please have employees read notes.

The workers are never paying attention and usually talking amongst themselves. Today I ordered online and the order was canceled (probably an app thing though). I got in line to order again. The meat and veggies looked slightly off, not sure what it was. I ate my sub at home. The last bite had an odd taste...and now my stomach is grumbling.I will never go to this location again or probably any Subway for that matter. You might as well pay a few bucks more and go to Jersey Mike's.

Horrible! I ordered a salad online. When I got there they couldn't find it. Then it was made ALL wrong. Terrible! Not going to this location again.

Ordered 3 foot long subs. All 3 where different sandwiches and all 3 had half the amount of meat that they are supposed to come with. The steak and cheese didn't even have enough steak to go from end to end of the bread. There was actual gaps of no meat in the middle of the sandwich. Also the tomatoes were horrible, green/white in the middle.

Anna was INCREDIBLE!! She was dealing with a lunch rush- 4 people in line + online orders - on her own! She was friendly,quick and efficient.Anna is a credit to the corporation. We will be calling this our regular location.
