Literally came to this place in a rush to grab something before I caught my bus and I ended up missing it but I was hoping the food would be worth it and it wasn’t even close. I told them I wanted a potato breakfast burrito with no beans or onions and if they didn’t understand that I wish they would’ve said that instead of giving me a burrito loaded with beans. I tried to still enjoy it by removing the beans but I wasn’t able to do that because there was so many of them. I have a long day and now I feel like my stomach is going to be messed up all day because of all the beans I couldn’t even finish it.
The cashier was very nice and attentive. The chiles en escabeche are in another level! So delicious!!! You have to try them.

Fish Taco looked like a slice of over cooked Bacon buried in cabbage. Photo shown with 99% of the cabbage removed.
The Chicken Taco was uneventful.

Great gal at the register who's always so nice and helpful. The food, the rice, the beans, and everything else is awesome! I personally really love their quesabirria tacos two or three of those and you are incredibly full of course with a side of rice and beans.
They also make my husbands favorite, rice, beans, potato, cheese burrito (if you ask for it) and he loves it! Well done.
I ordered 3 meals this evening. 2 regular burritos and 4 tacos. Tacos came out as expected. Both burritos were birria. Both my and my husband’s burritos came without rice. It was just a lot of beans and onions with some very dry birria. I took about 3 bites before I tossed it. My husband ate about half of his before he also tossed his. Salsa was mediocre. And we didn’t get any chips because chips are only for customers who dine in and spend a minimum of $10. lol Service was also mediocre. The girl who took our order was not nasty, just didn’t want to help us. She acted like us ordering was an inconvenience. She was so short with us.
It's a smaller place but they have some really good authentic Mexican food.
I was amazed by the flavor of the tacos; they were really good. The salsas are very flavorful.

Been coming here for almost 15 years. Don’t miss the chicken tacos - I drive up from LA to have them. Fair prices, good food. My fave Mexican spot in Cam.
Best burrito i had so far. Amazing service.
Great breakfast burritos. Always call ahead and never had an order go wrong
When people say California has good Mexican food this is the place they’re talking about. These have to be the best tacos I’ve ever had. If you want to cry while eating the some of the best food in the world, eat here.

Most tacos spots get high marks for price, how big their serving are, how much toppings they add and service, never about flavor, and again I don't mean the salsa or toppings.
I'm talking about the flavor of all of their choice of meets, by that I mean if ordered plain it would taste delicious. Now of course, you can compliment it with all usuals. I suspect these guys are using recipes handed down with consistency and quality in their flavor at any time of day as I have stop by in the morning, midday and night at different days, same everything. Carne asada is not just that, ingredients are added for unique flavor, carnitas, ugh my favorite and very flavorful, al pastor, cabesa, same. Tripas nicely cooked, crispy but not crunchy, perfect. This establishment takes this seriously with quality, flavor and service. It is a small place with about five tables for 4 and a couple outside. Nothing fancy here so don't panic and give this place a try you will not regret it, nice parking lot, just very good food.
Just remember Mexican food is regional and distinct in flavor so these folks seem to be from Jalisco but I never asked.
Easy freeway access and exit either way.
Tell them #thegoodjames sent you. They won't care or know who I am, so it means nothing, but it could some day.
