The one star earned is for the ambiance/semi-present customer service. The minus 4 stars is for the food itself, it was not good. I have traveled to Thailand many times - there is a lot of room to be different and still be considered acceptable Thai food. It seems like they didn’t even try.

I've been buying food here for over a decade. The food used to be great originally, when it was a mother and 2 daughters serving. It's changed owners or managers and the food is average at best. In fact, some items, like the chicken pathay are flat out not good. The chicken used to be genuine white breast chicken laid flat in the skewer. Now it's different both in flavor and texture. TO the point that it feels like rubber or not real chicken.

Food is very flavorful and portions are very reasonable but is pricey. Make sure to double check your takeout orders. I ordered fried rice and got white rice.

Beautiful place to eat with vegan options!! The red curry is amazing, and there is a spice rack which can be requested which includes Thai chilies and such. The staff are always very kind. Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience!

This place has its food license revoked from a recent health inspection due to COCKROACHES, no hot water, and improperly storing food. If that's not enough for you to stay away, the portions have shrunk to laughable sizes with ridiculous pricing. All health inspection results are available for review on the Ventura county resource management agencies website. STAY AWAY!
