Camarillo store. Coming to Habit for a long time. Today decided to have the grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. Got called to pick it up and ask for extra ranch and was told almost one dollar for it and I said but is for a salad and should not have to pay extra. Asked to speak to the manager, when she came out told me that no more free ones and tried to explain that the dressing provided wast not enough for the salad. She said is company policy now to charge for extra. Tried to explain that it is going to lose customers because of it and she did care about it. To make it worst even the cook wanted to pay for the extra dressing and I said to him sir is not the money is the principle. I do not know if the manager of this particle one is doing it to save some pennies but either way it is wrong. For stupid things like these companies go bad really fast. To the habit company please dont let mistakes like this one make customers upset to the point that they dont come back. Please do not ruin a good burger place. I ended up returning the salad because at this point was upset

I have eaten here many times and historically it's been good. I order my burger in a lettuce wrap, this time it came sandwiched between iceberg lettuce cut into squares roughly the size of a bun over 2 inches thick on each side. It worked out because they left the lettuce off my friend's burger so I gave him my extra. They also left the tomatoes I specifically requested off my burger and the pickles, ketchup, and mustard were just in a pile in the very middle of my burger. They gave my friend ranch dressing instead of the ketchup he ordered. We weren't even there at a super busy time! I hope it was just an issue with someone needing more training. Pay your workers better so they stay and do well!

Food is par, little expensive for what it is. Must love seeing the employees threatening delivery drivers and how they are going to get the driver fired because the employees can't do their job. I think corporate needs to look into who they employ.
Used to be a decent deal, I guess the change In ownership has turned the place into a cash grab.

Overall the habit is amazing. This location seems to take a while for food to be made (especially the milkshakes). Now they charge for ranch! They never did before. This location has a very small dine in space. The fries, sweet potato fries and green beans are amazing!
