Placed an order on the Mobil app this evening. Drove over, checked in that I arrived. Waited 10 min & received a phone call from Susan telling me they are out of fries. Well, I ordered a kids meal with fries and a shake. She never offered to other options so I said that I guess we can just cancel the order. She said they can't cancel it because I placed it through a 3rd party company. I placed it through the habits mobile app. I asked her name 3x and she whispered it each time. I asked if she was the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked it if she is the genera manager a few times before she admitted that she is not. I told her that I didn't think it was ok that they are keeping my money and not providing me with a product or at least canceling the order. She said I needed to call the customer service number if I want my money back and then proceeded to say "I don't know what to tell you" before hanging up on me. She was super condescending and disrespectful. She never once apologized for the inconvenience. She spoke to me like she was scolding her child. So I called the number, guess what, they don't do anything with refunds. You have to send an email. So now I have emailed, I have lost time, peace of mind and money and it's freaken Easter. I am disgusted that this is how the habit thinks they should treat customers. I now will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Not worth the hassle for a kids meal.

Food is good at all habits but this one time here I had a $42 order and my triple char with cheese non pickles on sourdough was on a regular bun when I got home. To top it off all 3 orders of fried green beans were cold. I was bothered I didn't eat with my kids it got cold looked gross so I trashed it. I made an online complaint twice it's been a month and Habit Burger ignored my experience that's why I left this review.

Can't say enough good things about The Habit. Their burgers are delicious and juicy. I love getting mine lettuce wrapped. The fries are the best too... Unlike other places that taste like cardboard. These are thick and delicious, love them with their home made ranch dressing.

We ordered burger/sandwiches for five to go yesterday and one of the sandwiches was omitted from our order. As a result, one member of our group had to drive the 10 miles back to The Habit to get his food, while the rest of us ate. This ruins the meal for everyone. My complaint is twofold: (1) be more careful with to-go orders. They shoved the sandwiches and the sides into a smaller bag so that it was hard to see what was included and what was not ; (2) offer a free meal to the poor sucker who just missed out on dinner with his family. The food here is usually good but this was a very disappointing experience.
