Enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the sun with a great view. The queue was coming out of the door, but browsing the menu in the queue and ordering / paying at the entrance meant that the wait once we reached our table was minimal.

Location was nice as you could see the planes landing and departing. No full bar but they serve mimosas, beer & micheladas. Most lunch options were $15 - $20. Good portions and fast service. Parking is free and plenty of seating options. Large outdoor patio with lights and heaters.

The BLT was delicious. Yes, the bacon was crispy, just the way I like it. Service was excellent. We were seated outside with our German Shephard. Heating lamps made it very comfortable.

Waypoint Café is an absolute gem. Great food, generous portions, and consistently delicious. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful, and the menu has plenty of solid breakfast and lunch options.
The atmosphere is what really sets this place apart, watching planes take off and land while you eat is such a cool experience. It’s casual, lively, and perfect for families, aviation fans, or anyone looking for a unique dining spot.
Service was friendly and efficient, even when it was busy. Well worth the wait and definitely a must-visit if you’re in the Camarillo area. Highly recommend!

Awesome food at ample portions. Great ambiance and very efficient service. While you will find what appears to be a long line at the entrance, it moves quite quickly and service efficiency makes up for that.

The restaurant is very nice and we loved watching the planes. The staff are attentive and friendly. They only have one vegan option, so that was extremely disappointing. We would definitely come more often if we had more choices. Bummer
It is wheelchair accessible and has free parking. Be prepared to wait during busier times and you also have to pay upfront for your food before being seated.

Waypoint Café in Camarillo is a hidden gem that I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Located near the Camarillo Outlets and just a short drive from the beaches, this café offers a unique dining experience with unbeatable views of the airport. While enjoying your meal, you can watch airplanes take off and land, as well as see helicopters passing by, which makes for a truly entertaining and relaxing atmosphere.

The food at Waypoint Café is outstanding. Their hamburgers and sandwiches are flavorful, fresh, and satisfying, while their breakfast menu is perfect for an early start to the day. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious and clearly made with care. The service here is consistently top-notch—friendly, attentive, and faster than most restaurants nearby, which makes the experience even better.

Fabulous food and excellent service, completely enjoyed our first ever visit. We were there childhood friend and her husband. Love the atmosphere with airplanes and hot rod cars.
