Get rushed nearly every time in the drive thru. Always have to ask for receipts. If you pay by a card, you should be given a receipt when your card is returned. This is the only place that doesn’t. Had a special order for my burger they completely ignored. I don’t eat at Wendy’s much anymore and I’m a Wendy’s Advisor member.
I love our local Wendy's ! But today was not so good. They rushed me through the drive through even though know one was behind us, I asked for a few mins and after a minuted they asked if I was ready. I normally have a great salad, but today it was all only iceberg lettuce. And they gave my husband the wrong burger. We went back to exchange it and everyone was just generally confused ... They didn't seem to know how to fix it. Once the mgr told them how to make the cook came back...read full review
