Wild Cherry - Frozen Yogurt & Boba - Camarillo

I was craving a Boba drink and it was 8:55pm and the store closed at 9pm. I've been to this location many times and never had an issue with this store until the night I went to get my Boba. I asked the girl for a large Boba strawberry and banana flavor. I paid close to $8 dollars and she proceeded to put the ingredients in the blender of just water. No ice whatsoever in the blender. Now I've had plenty of Boba's in my time and generally the put ice in the blender as well. Not my blender just room temperature water. The Boba was horrible tasting. I ordered the same Boba at this same location and it was excellent. Not this time it didn't even taste banana and strawberry. It was so watered down I didn't even drink it i threw it in the trash. I couldn't call and let the girl know of the horrible drink she made because they were closed. I called the store and spoke to a fairly nice guy and he said he would let the owner know and have him call me. Well I waited 2 days and no call back. I called the store today 3/6/25 and spoke to the same guy that was going to originally relay the message. I was told that he had spoken to the owner and was told by the owner he would call me back in a week. I told the guy are you serious a week. I told him I should be compensated for the drink being so horrible. He replied and said he can't do that it's giving free food and I'm not allowed to do that. Apparently the owner could careless about his customers being kept happy in situations like this. Not even the staff can make an executive discussion for me and compensate me a free replacement to keep me as a customer but instead I have to write a review of my experience. I'm going to wait and see if the owner calls me back in a week. If he doesn't well there will be more to my story. At this point I will never give this merchant my business again. Horrible customer service!!!

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I ordered the matcha boba milk tea and it was tasty, would definitely try again. I also got a peanut butter gold yogurt and it was really good.

The fruit tea boba was somehow extremely bitter and overly sweet at the same time. It was so bad I had to throw it away.

Very few froyo flavors to choose from, but the ones we had were alright. However the green tea matcha boba was so so bad. Sad because this is one of the few options for boba in the area.

the yogurt was watery and the toppings tasted old and stale. 2 medium sized yogurts cost $32 ?? i'll never go here again. highly disappointing because i've always wanted to try this place

Choked with the nuts and sweet caramel toppings and ask for water to drink and I was told their water is non drinkable and they got none. Had to concentrate gather more saliva in my mouth.. bad place for me not a good dining experience

This place is wonderful. My friend Ashlynn and I love coming here every week! We love the dairy free options and Caillou is so nice and helpful! We look forward to seeing him each time.

It's alright

Pretty mid. Kinda old, pretty overpriced

Really expensive. I just paid $60 for 4 kids which comes out to be about $15 per cup. I dont think ive ever paid so much for after school treats. I wont give them a bad review or one or two stars for this, I get it, theyve gotta stay in business. Weve been coming here for years but sadly im just not sure if im willing to pay that kind of money for froyo anymore.
