I was asked to finish preparing food for the customer during my DoorDash appointment delivery.
This is extremely unsanitary and against Californian law as delivery service independent contractors do not have the license or legal ability to prep food for customers.
Please consider do you want to trust a store whose employees engage in unsanitary and unlawful conduct.

Amazing Service and Delicious Food at Wingstop [11/12/25] I had such a great experience at this Wingstop tonight! The service was super fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. One of the team members helped me decide what to order and recommended the boneless wings — they were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and everyone working that shift was friendly, professional, and respectful. You could really tell they take pride in what they do. A big shoutout to Jesse for being especially helpful and welcoming — his great attitude and product knowledge made my visit even better. Overall, this location truly stands out for its service, quality, and teamwork. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Paid $5 for veggie sticks that dont come with any sauce . Called in to ask if anything came with veggie sticks the answer was no and they couldn't add to our order. Poor service . Person on the phone is not concerned about service at all . No solution offered would rather have an unhappy customer than to throw ranch in with a decent order.

Store never answers and continuously forgets items and wings. Just ordered 2 10 PC and a 20 and didnt get any of the 10pc. Tried calling and no answer. Avoid at all costs. No one cares here and they suck a ton. Takeout should be fired.

Wingstop was a great choice for a flavorful meal! We placed our order online for takeout, but it still took longer than expected to be ready—so I recommend giving them a little extra time if you’re planning ahead.
The food was totally worth the wait. The Atomic wings were seriously spicy—just the way I like it! Everything was packed well, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Horrible costumer service. No employees cared to pick up the phone even after calling several times. Honestly I have NEVER experienced such a bad form of costumer service!! Don’t waste time or money on this location.
This place is pathetic. It took 35 minutes to get our order of 16 wings. Then when the order was ready we asked for some ranch. It was extra. No big deal but the problem was no one working could speak English, a customer had to translate that’s was an extra $4 for ranch. I should have checked my order before we left. Once we got home to eat, big surprise the order was wrong. This is the last time I’ll go to this place for sure.
