Place is dirty, feels like the owners are lazy and checked out and don't care. The meat was dry, some veggies were wilted and sad looking, and the food was bland even after I used like 5 scoops of various sauces on it. Other mall chains have been much better honestly. I won't be back.

Honestly my favorite place to eat for real. When the one in Ventura closed I shed a tear but this one is around still so I have a reason to wake up in the morning still.

First time dining here at this restaurant. So it’s a bit different from your typical restaurant experience. Definitely had a great time creating my own food using the ingredients provided to you. Also seeing yeh chef ?? cooking your food and serving it to you on another plate. The taste will vary from what you can put on your plate. But overall def delicious and highly recommend. Staff is very friendly always coming to check up on you to see if you need anything else. If you are in the Ventura county area def stop by and try it out you won’t be disappointed.

This is the best restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of meat and vegetables to your heart's content. The restaurant is spacious enough to accommodate family gatherings or groups, and the food is delicious.
Kid-friendliness: it's possible.
Wheelchair accessibility: it's possible.

Edible but not very good. Meat is pretty dry and sauces are uninspiring and really don't coat the food.I've had better Mongolian BBQ from mall chains unfortunately.

No business on a Friday night and to top it off they turn people away at 7:58 pm because they “close at 8:30 pm” so I’m guessing food

Food was good but not much variety. They really need to have better varieties of oils and sauces.

Tried this place for the first time today. The Host was friendly and helpful. Got the all you can eat for $20. Definitely got full off of two plates. FYI I noticed that 5 or 10 spoon fulls of Sauce still isn’t enough , the food I thought would have had more flavor… Overall this place was pretty good and I would come

Love this place. We have been going here for several years. The food bar always has nice fresh ingredients, booths are comfortable, great service, can be uncomfortable on hot days in summer because no air conditioning. This is a regular place for us, love it and it's healthy.
