Black Cat is a small intimate place with a wide selection of dinner options. Their Brussel sprout appetizer was delicious and a great change from usual offerings with bacon (which I won't eat). Their delicious tomato basil soup of the day to follow. Their mahi-mahi special also delicious but too full by then to eat much and sadly no room for dessert.

Food was amazing! We had the green fried olives as a starter, they are like a little flavor explosion in your mouth. I had the scallops and my partner had the rack of lamb. Both were excellent. Berry tart for dessert, also delicious. Service was impeccable.

You'll be hard-pressed to find cuisine of this caliber anywhere else. Well, maybe in Paris. The menu is complete, and the meal was delicious, made from high-quality ingredients. I'll rate our server (Sarah) as the best of the best. One downside is the pricey wine list, with markups seemingly higher than in other similar restaurants. But if you want a quiet and excellent dinner in a cordial setting, this is the place.

All was good. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the service was good. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that their web site is misleading. It says "great cocktails" however, they only have beer and wine.

Once again had a great dining experience at Black Cat, a favorite of mine when I visit Cambria. Its simple, tasteful decor, always attentive service and great dishes never fail to impress. The food is excellent and there is a nice selection of wines. You can choose a cozy table indoors or sit in the patio. I've dined at many restaurants in Cambria but will keep returning to Black Cat.

Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Our dinners were nicely plated and very good. I had the Lamb shank and it was perfectly cooked, juicy and very good flavor. My wife had the duck which was also prepared well, great flavor, but was a little dry. Overall a pleasant evening.
