The food was 5 stars, hands down. Everything we ordered was fantastic: the beet salad, the polenta with shrimp, the pinsa bread and butter flight, the dark chocolate pudding. Our only complaints were that the bread/butter came out last, instead of first like you would expect, and also the bench seating was not so comfortable. They definitely seemed understaffed for a busy Friday night.
This is one special place. Great food when we were there recently. They have a great menu , food was really good, cool menu and left very pleased.
Have to say that the staff, to a person, were very welcoming and made for a very friendly relaxed environment. The house setting just made for a nice inviting time too.

Brydge was a delightful dining experience from the tasty drinks (I enjoyed a nonalcoholic lavender lemonade) to the fresh beat salad and to-die-for homemade bread to the perfectly prepared salmon. My favorite was the dark chocolate pudding for dessert—chef’s kiss! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being served by the chef is as an added treat—she is lovely!
