Was super excited about trying the Cambria Coffee. Ordered a caramel macchiato and a white mocha, both drinks were tasteless. It was almost like drinking plain milk with a slight taste of instant coffee. We threw our full cups away, unfortunately. Cambria Coffee, please do better!
I ordered the White mocha with oat milk and (1xtra shot) and my wife ordered the caramel macchiato also with oat milk along with a huge pecan cinnamon roll all for $18 and it is the best coffee and bakery we have tasted! I give them more stars if I could!

As a person who loves a good coffee shop, I think it's only worth of visit if you're already in the area, I definitely wouldn't go out of my way for it. Their coffee was fine and the barista who made it was nice, but the barista who took our order rolled their eyes at us multiple times and kept trying to rush us (there was no one else in the shop at all) and gave us really short answers when we just wanted to know what we were getting, then as soon as they were done taking out order they went straight to the back and ignored us the the of our visit. Especially weird since had been looking at the coffee cups in the front (couldn't have purchased if we wanted to with the cashier gone). The pastries were good, the peanut butter cookie especially, but the lemon square was not worth the $6 it cost. This place is pretty small on the inside where you order but I think there is a bar seating room right across from it, as well as a few outside tables. Again it is fine, not a first pick if you can go somewhere else.

A great selection of pastries including some good vegan ones. Super nice staff. Good espresso. Indoor and outside seating, and generally a nice place to hang out and chat with some local folk. Sadly all cups are to go, also no restroom.Vegetarian options: A selection of vegan mini loaves

Cute place came highly recommended by all the reviewers was so excited to try it out this Monday and of course being a somewhat touristy area and slower time of year you would think the customer service would be up to par or friendly. However The girl taking our order for basic drip had no smile and although we wanted to know more about the brew since they're known for roasting their beans but did not bother with her attitude. Got our 2 mocha Java and enjoyed the charming town but not the coffee. If you're going to get something good in Cambria, I highly recommend going to Linn's. OMG!! Go get coffee and Ollalieberry everything. Ollalieberry pie, bars, preserves, oh my!!

Isabella is so enthusiastic and sweet. She recommended the croissants and wow! They are amazing all on their own; no butter or spread necessary. Nice soft layers inside a flaky, crunchy shell.Oh yes, and the coffee!Great selection, easy to order, and different milk options for a reasonable price.Great way to start your day!

In town for the Christmas Market! Of course we have to check out Cambria Coffee! What an adorable street! Small shop, but they turned out our hot chocolate and coffees quick! The staff were helpful in helping my hubby pick out a roast to take home!

We enjoyed superb service at this cute little spot in a cute little hamlet. They have outdoor seating and a quiet upstairs lofty space, too. I liked the latte so much, I bought a pound of coffee to go! We will come back to visit Cambria soon and Cambria Coffee Roasting is on the list of MUST visits.

Today we had an awesome experience at Cambria Coffee Roasters. Not only did Josh remember perfectly my complicated coffee drink from the day before and Jessica crafted our drinks beautifully, they made me a second one for free when we accidentally tipped our first coffee over making a bit of a mess. Thank you Josh and Jessica for your hospitality! Looking for to coming back!
