Main Street Grill is exactly what you want from a proper American bar-style spot. Big screens showing football, laid-back vibe, and no nonsense. You come here hungry and you’re leaving full.
Portions are big and the food is proper hearty stuff – think classic American comfort food that actually hits the spot, not fancy, just done well. It’s the kind of place you go when you want a solid feed, not a delicate little plate.
Beer selection is decent too – enough choice to keep you happy while you watch the game.
Overall, it’s a great casual stop in Cambria if you’re after big portions, proper bar food, and a sports-bar atmosphere.

DO NOT ORDER THE GARDENBURGER! - Worst veggie burger ever and I have had many over the decades. Vegetarians should go elsewhere. They slapped that GardenBurger frozen hockey puck on the grill for about two minutes before they served it up cold and tasteless. C'mon, At least cook the thing correctly!

The Tri-tip sandwich is a must-try! The most tender Tri-tip I've ever had! My husband got the pulled pork and it too was amazingly delicious! The Ranch Beans were so good. The overall location is extremely clean and well-kempt. Foods range from seafood to BBQ to salads. If driving on Hwy 1 - don't miss out on this Main Street mainstay!

Tourist here! Our family took us to this place. We ordered Tri- tip sandwiches with fries. The sandwich was so tender, the BBQ sauce was so smokey and the fries were perfectly seasoned. Their prices are really reasonable as well. We were really happy with our experience!
