A must stop for wine drinkers! We have been going here for years. Such great people, from the owner and wine maker Todd always striving and succeeding to make a great tasting wine. Then there is Nate serving during the week, the resident wordsmith . On the weekends you will watch in amazement as the Great Andy and current sidekick David the Excellant keep a full house happy by warding off empty glasses quickly and deftly while maintaining several stimulating conversations. You always feel welcome here and the locals who come in for their daily glass are also very friendly. By the way... the wine is great too! Make it a part of your Cambria tradition to ensure a great time!

We stumbled across Moonstone while visiting Cambria over a year ago, and it is by far our favorite winery! We have never experienced another winery where we like everything they have to offer. If you go and Andy is there, you’re in for a treat. He elevated our wine tasting experience, and we are gladly members of their wine club and get to visit about 4 times a year. This was a wonderful find. It is just on side street from Main Street. It's a very nice trendy interior, cozy and comfortable ambience. The wine tasting bar is in the middle wirh tables and chairs around it. This is a local winery. Nate the wine pourer is the star. He was extremely friendly, welcoming, informative, upbeat. We had a great chat. They had several selections of reds and whites. We chose the Gwertz since we have several reds at home. It is nice crisp and not too sweet. We will definitely return on our next trip. Parking is on the sreet with handicap parking and access.

We stayed at the chateau for the weekend and had a great time! Tasting their wines is always a great experience, I recommend getting whatever they have on a limited run as well as their cab if you like reds and the chardonnay if you like whites. They are all great, and you should taste anything you might be interested in.
