All I can say is service was excellent. The wines not so much. Do not get the five stars. Apparently these reviewers have never tasted really great wines. The whites that were described as dry were sweet. The Grenache and the Tempranillo were the only reds we tasted and those were not as good as what I could purchase at Trader Joe's for so much less. Total disappointment.

I realized that I never updated my review for Moonstone Cellars. I clearly liked this place, cause ya girl has been a wine club member since 2011 (you do the math). I just recently upgraded my club from 3 bottles to 6 bottles. I basically got a max discount now. Well worth it! The wine is so yummy, you'll want to join this club. The reds are the best, but they have some tasty whites as well. The Cabernet Sauvignon is my favorite, and that they have Petit Syrah, get it. For whites, the Albarino is nice and dry, def not too sweet. Parking wise, there's a lot across the way as well as street. The restroom is located in the parking lot as well.

Found this gem in Cambria as we were looking to do some wine tasting. Super cute tasting bar, really good service, very knowledgeable. Lots of dogs! Very dog friendly. I joined their wine club. Favorite wines were the petite syrah and the flamingeaux.

This was such a great time! Andy the "Pour Decision Maker " greeted us so warmly. Some wineries turn you away if you don't have a reservation however this wonderful place welcomed us with a smile and a "come right in and try our wine today!" Gesture. Andy was friendly funny and very knowledgeable about all the wines. He made excellent suggestions on which wines to try and which paired well with what, etc. We bought a couple glasses of wine, retreated to the patio where a wonderful band, the Dulce Taylor Trio, entertained us and the entire crowd with well played classic rock songs, all the way till the sun set in the beautiful Cambria sky. The wine was amazing, the staff was so warm friendly engaging and very knowledgeable, and the whole place was beautiful! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and we highly recommend visiting it in Cambria Ca.

What a fantastic local find! We were recently suggested Moonstone Cellars by a friend, who we trust with wine knowledge! We arrived in the mid afternoon with our dog, no reservations. It seems they don't have reservations here - but you may want to call with larger parties or if during a popular weekend. We chatted with the wine pourer and decided to split their large tasting menu in half. Finding our way around the corner to their open patio we were pleasantly surprised to find live music. It was a wonderful afternoon listening to live music, enjoying the cool weather and excellent selection of wines. So much so we joined the wine club! This is the spot in Cambria to visit if you're wanting a chill wine experience with live music!

We dropped in at the end of a weekend in wine country and had a great time! Michael our sommelier was a delight and shared great flights with us. The space indoors was very cute and cozy, but we’ll be back to the enjoy the beautiful patio when the weather is warmer.
