Went for the first time for my birthday in mid August on a small family trip we took to Cambria (from Lompoc). This is the best deli I have ever been to, the food was profound. I was in utter awe of the delicious food and have been thinking of it since I was there every single day ever since. Hands down the best food... Now I dream of living there just to eat at Sandys every single day. Truly jealous of anyone who has the ability to eat here often. They are simply the best! Thank you for the most wonderful lunch.

We love trying Deli places when we travel and this one was a hit!!! Sourdough was perfect, huge sandwiches. Roast beef was delicious on French roll 🤤 10/10 we loved it

Stopped to get lunch after a morning at Moonstone Beach. Great deli and sandwich place. Fast service (wasn't too busy), polite staff, excellent food. Not the least inexpensive, but this is a beach town and very large portions.

We got sandwiches chips and drinks to go. The sandwiches were stuffed with vegetables and meats, and absolutely delightful! I got the turkey club and was happy to see bean sprouts. My husband got the Italian and loved the olives and pepperoncini.
Lunchtime is busy, and the staff struggle to keep up. My drink didn’t come with my sandwich, and if you’re sitting outside you probably won’t hear your number called.

Had the hot pastrami sandwich and it was very good. Prices are a little steep ($10-$15) but worth it in my opinion. Very nice employees and good dining area

Good sandwich (turkey cali whatever) but the place is dated, seems needs a once over, probably not necessarily dirty but kinda looks so. Prices are a bit comical but guess that’s the location…still. I’d go 3.75 even though the sandwich was quite good. Not sure what was going on with the iced tea but was the most concentrated dark tea….ever. Had to water down and add ice.

We love Sandy's deli! We go to san simeon twice a year and one of our first stops on the way up is Sandy's for a french dip. Oh so good! Price is fair and the staff is always helpful and friendly! Can't wait to get back in March. See you soon 😊
