Very disappointed, they leave a little QR code to order delivery, turns out they are closed today. No warning. No heads up. Though it's states they are open on Google. LOL at least they have someone answering the phone to tell you this.

I want to acknowledge the amazing job Sarah is doing. She is unicorn status.

Ok, first greeted with a smile and dialogue that said “ I’m happy you're here…. And I’m having a good day”

Running what appeared to be a 3 person show, they executed.

The food was very good and in these tough times , High Quality. It’s Fast-Casual, so you order at the register. The whole system was explained and where all the condiment stations were. At the stations the condiments were all organized and cleaned with almost AR attention to detail. Every sauce bottle (etc) was wiped clean and faced so perfectly that any merchandising manager would be impressed.

In closing way exceeded expectations ( how often does that happen?)

This is a counter service, take out, and delivery restaurant. No wait staff. Two in our party enjoyed our breakfast. One of us had to send our meal back twice.

We were with a large crowd, booked 10 rooms. one of the staff at the front desk needs to go back for some customer service training. she was very rude to my 80+yr old Mother as well as some other family members. The front desk is the face of the property. fix that and anything else will resolve.

My family and I ate here both mornings we stayed at Oceanpoint Ranch. The food was great but the service Sarah gave us was top notch! Her cheery spirit brightened our morning and when my daughter made the request for a Minnie Mouse pancake, Sarah didn't hesitate to talk to the chef and make it happen ! Sarah and the staff get gold stars in our opinion!

We ordered a $60 breakfast to go as this place was advertised by our hotel. The delivery was late, it looked like it was literally thrown together in the box, no napkins, NO SILVERWARE, and the food was absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure how you mess up eggs but if you want to learn give them a call. This is what a $16 breakfast tostada from this dump looks like.

Good for a very simple breakfast. Really good if you can walk on the coastal path from a nearby hotel. Loud dance music during breakfast is very odd. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere lacking for sure. Really just ok.
