One of our favorite places when we are visiting the family in Cambria. This is how you imagine a typical American bar. The service is very friendly and fast, the food and drinks (Margaritas) are very good and the ambience too. A must, every time we are in the USA.

My girlfriend Amber and I had an exceptionally pleasant dinner here at West End Bar & Grill. We were visiting from Phoenix and were warmly greeted by our server, Patty. She was kind, attentive and helpful with the menu and recommendations for traveling locally. This was our first stop after a 9.5 hour drive and we immediately felt at ease in with the cozy atmosphere and warm, friendly staff. I would highly recommend for a 5 star causal dining experience.

The Atmosphere was very “We Don’t Serve Your Kind…” Will never come back. We waited for 20min at our table after a “It’s going to be a 30min wait for an available table” for WATER!!! Which we never received!

I wouldn’t recommend any African-American to step foot in this establishment. Didn’t get served at all, while multiple customers got their food, drinks, and order taken. Didn’t even get asked for a water. Left after 20 minutes of not one waitress speaking to us/repeatedly passing us by.
This is my favorite place to eat in Cambria. I’ve been enjoying their delicious food for over 5 years! I visit Cambria every 3 months, it’s my happy place!!

A seemingly pleasant restaurant with good food but lack of honesty when we received the bill, which included a 20% tip as if it was part of the final price. We paid without leaving an additional tip and were approached in a disrespectful manner as if we were thieves. We were even threatened with the police and verbally abused. It was very unpleasant and we do not recommend this place to anyone

The fish and chips I ordered were decent, but the fries were completely unseasoned, which was a bit disappointing. I’m not sure if all their food is like that, but overall, it’s still a nice, cozy spot to grab a quick bite. One thing to keep in mind, they charge for water, so I’d recommend bringing your own bottle if you want to avoid the extra cost.

Owner was very aggressive and took patrons for granted. Has very odd rules and is strict about it. Removed another group prior to me, and quickly threatened to physically remove me from the bar after I closed out my tab because he wasn’t playing the game I was looking to see. The threat was unnecessary.

Great variety of food and beer. I recommend the fish and chips, West End Beef Dip or the chili....well, that's all I've had and it's all been great. Staff is lovely (Krystal and Cheyenne) intelligent, attentive, no nonsense, great sense of humor AND they love to laugh. Lots of love between staff and customers.
