This store uses the Raley's app for coupons and sales info. It is so confusing and difficult to use one has to wonder whether it is by design. I can't imagine seniors wading thru the morass of the app. I hope this finds its way to corporate- it is a black eye for Raley's, Bel air and Nob Hill supermarkets.

The drinks were alright and we were serviced by one woman, but she was very nice. The grocery store itself is modern inside and pleasant. If you can, go to a stand alone store.

Well I'm, I would be amiss if I didn't give a heads up for this outstanding market. I am a regular customer n go here for the quaity of products, produce and service. But, also, as important the amazing quality of Customer service. From each clerk, manager, and bagging folks. Genuinely each person Rob, n Nick two of the managers. Checkers a few I remember. Melonie, Jacqueline, Zane, Jeff, Taylor, Jane and Mary in the bakery. They make the very Best Jelly donuts ever! Dalles, Tanner and Molly are the most helpful and kindest support with bagging. And taking the groceries to my car. Plus several others. Forgive me for not remembering your names as you all deserve to be recognized.. Sometimes earthy words can feel inadequate when expressing exceptionally great n efficient care from these folks. I am a person with a disability n a senior. Everytime it brings me Peace of Mind to know I can count on anyone there for sincerely Gracious time n service. Taking extra n exceptional care to pack my groceries light so I can carry n lift them when I get home. Truly, there are so many more great staff there that right now their names evade me. Sometimes, I am, as slow as a snail on a crutch when it comes to Memory. But, sincerely my Heart does not forget and I am genuinely Blessed and grateful for having each person there together for all they do. Thank you!!! All of you. God Bless you always for all your ways!

This used to be a great store . Produce is now poor quality Half is bad in a day or two or have to return too often. Better off across the freeway now.

I love this store! I work in the area and I am here pretty much daily to either get lunch or get coffee! The coffee from Pete's is always made really good and the bakery girls are so nice! The sushi here is amazing and the sushi chef has an amazing personality and actually talks to people passing by which is so rare at other stores!

Excellent store. Nice and clean. Wide aisles. Lots of cool things to check out besides food. I've bought some awesome candles here too. Everything is in place. Easy to shop here.

I've shopped at the store for years I think I'm gonna go to start using Safeway again. Going into Belair for 25 items eight of them they'll be out of you go back a week later they're still out of them he talk to the manager and I get a song and dance that shipping in the pandemic but I go over to Safeway and they have all of it the store is really gone downhill. Also look at the customer service responses to these reviews it's like a form letter says the same thing to each person all lipservice

Although I enjoy shopping there the other day I was really disappointed. The checker obviously had a cold or severe allergies and had a very productive runny nose that she would wipe with a tiny tissue. She did not use a hand sanitizer after each wipe. Covid or not that is just not good hygiene. I was going to say something but my wife didn't want to make a scene.

Great store. The Deli and bakery people are always so friendly-and they get my latte done perfect, every time! They always bring in extra checkers if there are lines and the ecart people are especially helpful; especially Mary and Lilly-Thank you! I'm not sure management gives them enough Kudos though-as I have heard more than one employee complain. Please support your people-they are awesome! I left a lengthy, hand written review, mentioning several people specifically-I followed up with them to see if they had received recognition-and apparently they haven't. It would be nice to know my time/energy was valued and respected enough to pass along my appreciation of your staff.
Bought my favorite caramel macchiato at 6:40pm, 20 min before they close. Coffee tasted bad. Felt like they put something old and expired. Next time will go to another Peet's

This answer from Bel Air is pretty weak. I realize you're not going to confront people and escort them out of the store but places like nugget have representatives right at the front door reminding people they need to wear a mask and handing them a mask if they didn't bring one. That by itself would greatly cut down on the amount of losers that come in and pretend like they're above the requirement.

Why did Bel Air remove the bin for used plastic bags? I was told corporate thought it looked cluttered. Sorry to hear they are not concerned about recycling these bags we are forced to use. Off to Fork Lift I go.
