This place was amazing!! I went here with my kids, and they loved it so much. The waiters were extremely nice and the food… don’t even get me started on how amazing it is. You can get soup, two egg rolls, an entire thing of fried rice and basically any entree they have for one person for $16.50! This is for two or more people. The waiter even let my daughter get a free soup that wasn’t included with the family meal! The best part, the portions are pretty big! I really recommend eating here for dine in because the food is hotter when you stay there. Concluding everything, 5 stars, go here for a really great family evening.

I live in socal but Grew up in El Dorado Hills and this was always our families go to spot. When I come back and visit I always get the house chow mein, broccoli beef, and the hot and sour soup.Best hot and sour soup around!

Orange chicken is like small pieces of tough beef jerky and so is the sweet and sour pork. On the sweet and sour pork it is just a tiny drizzle of sauce, not like I am accustomed to. I like their chicken chow mein, with it's thick noodles and their egg rolls. I just go there for their chicken chow mein and egg rolls.

Spent over $50 at Shanghai for egg foo yong vegetable with no flavor vegetable chow mein which had no vegetables in it except for cabbage and a few grated carrots no flavor It seems like the price has gone up and the quality has gone down I’m very sad

I have been coming here for many years. I like this place because they are kind and attentive to their customers. No one has ever been disappointed in trying it out. Shanghai has set a standard for our Chinese cuisine that has never been matched all these years later. It's always fresh and you can count on crispy dishes to be crispy, not soggy and slimy. others. Cameron Park as long as they are still around to enjoy. I recommend.

Food was hot and delicious. I think like everyone they are experiencing difficulties getting supplies but my Shrimp on lobster sauce was perfect.Service was perfect as always.

This place has gone down hill in the past couple years, I have been regularly ordering from Shanghai for over 25 years! I used to come here as a teenager growing up! But recently, the last there orders were all soggy, they need to fry their food longer as the last three times I’ve ordered ($76 today) the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and firecracker shrimp were all soggy! Being a 25+ year patron of this palace, I’m sorry to say this place is not what it used to be and will not be coming back anytime soon!
