I HIGHLY recommend this place if you appreciate high quality sushi that is priced well. From Sacramento to Lake Tahoe, this is one of the BEST sushi restaurants right off of highway 50. And I've tried a lot of them. My favorites include their sake nigiri and the Pink Lady roll. Yuki has that special kind of sushi you want to go sit and enjoy at the restaurant. It's an experience. Sushi appreciators.... this is a special spot. Kind staff and very friendly. :)

Perfect Bento box lunch specials. All their entries and specials have been good after 3 visits^^^^^ 2023 UPDATE ^^^^^After dining here with family dozens of times over the past few years, I must/shall give this place my Highest Rating Ever!!:FIVE THUMBS ????? UP!Consistently GREAT ? SushiAnd the Bento Box Specials are always delicious and reasonably priced. The three item dinner special is as good as it looks as pictured with the teriyaki salmon! Dine-in for the full experience -- Love this place!
Excellent sushi, generous portions of sashimi and nigiri. Rolls are great too. Try the Yuki combos with chefs choice of fish. Combos come with a soup and salad.

I have gone twice to confirm my review. Never will go back. 1st time: went with my guy for date night... rice in our sushi was crunchy! The cuts of fish were terrible. 2nd time: I ordered the Hawaiian Poke (app size), on a side note I order Poke ALL THE TIME. I have never had to ask about the heat of the dish (usually a mix of flavors, maybe a BIT of heat), it was hotter than the Indian Curry I had over a week ago! This place needs to figure out how to follow the basic "Sushi place" routine. Not impressed. As a server that worked her way thru college, the help is not great either.

What a gem!We arrived 1 hour or 45 before closing, and we were greeted kindly. I found this business looking up food on our way home to Fairfield .The service was great. It's a quaint restaurant. California Rolls are delicious.We both ordered the Beef Teriyaki , delicious. The lighting inside is very relaxing.We also order food to-go as well to share with my son at home.We look forward to dining here again.The people here are very nice.

Ordered a take out, we tried out their food due to the high rating but..our take out is horrible. We ordered a tonkatsu and a bento. Tonkatsu is just a breaded fried pork chop that was overcooked and extremely hard and dry, I never had a pork chop this bad before. It is definitely not how tonkatsu should look like. The bento we had tempura, grilled salmon and sashimi, we threw away half the food cos it was so hard to digest. Tempura is not really cooked, there is no flavor. I didn't eat the salmon but my partner said it is the worst salmon he had in his life. So overpriced for the quality of food they are selling. He is usually not a picky eater but it was really bad that we had to order something else for dinner.
We've had many family birthdays dinners here. Staff is wonderful and the food is delicious.

Yuki is a pretty small place, so if you have a group, I'd call for a reservation. The staff members are very nice, friendly people. There are a lot of regulars who come and eat this place. I love sushi so check it out.
